What pathetic customer service from this Baywest Mall branch! I called in yesterday wanting to give them business! I was told my info would be passed in to a consultant to call me back. I eventually called back a while later as I received no call back as promised and this time I spoke to Megan who said to me the first person I had spoken to was Lauren, non the less I was told that they were busy checking my info and that theyd call me back within half an hour...well that sure as hell was an extremely long half hour as here I am on the next day and still no callback from this store! Your service is PATHETIC! If you have no clear intention or feel that your time management is a problem then do not make promises you cannot keep with a simple callback! Been a vodacom customer for probably over 20 yrs or more but Id never set foot nor deal with Baywest Mall branch ever again.

So disappointed in your lack of service. I dont think that it is unreasonable to expect a refund after you sold me the wrong cable and have not sourced the correct cable since mid-July! This should be a simple process in store. So keeping me waiting and asking for my banking details is not the way to go! I dont trust that if I walk out again today and wait for you to do your jobs...that youll actually do it!

Poor service!!! You take out one contract, sign for it and then they change it after without any consent given and refuses to let you speak to operations manager.After more than 20 years of perfect service i am highly disgusted!!

Wow!!! What a sad and rude experience I just got here. A woman called Mareica at Baywest Vodacom the one near game stores, this lady is extremely rude on the phone. I was trying to find out an information about a Tablet I already paid for and was promised it would arrive today, the lady she has no idea whats happening in front she sits at the back, she told me in a rude way shouting if havent gotten a call, then it means they dont have the table. I asked to speak with the nice lady that was helping me when I was there which unfortunately I had forgotten her name...yhooo I wished I hadnt asked...she shouted and asked me if I wasnt paying attention when I was there!!. I told her that her attitude is bad, she didnt care and she shouted asking if theres anything and dropped the fone!! Yahoo I was very disappointed and felt so disrespected and its a shame because I was there two days ago and I got a very good service from her colleague.
