A great service I received from their technical guy who ended up selling us unlimited data package. Went as far as negotiating with hi manager for an early upgrade. For me that is excellent service.

What GREAT service from this Branch, they must be the best Telkom branch in Port Elizabeth. A very big thank you to Faith and Mpumeza, they know how to treat clients, going the extra mile and what service is all about, HIGHLY recommended.

Nice and clean.

In store they are all friendly and very knowledgeable on how to get you to purchase. Sadly awaiting a response about a product still,no response. Phoned countless times during the day,one more clueless than the next. Hours spent on the phone with various consultants yet no help or clarity. Telkom might be good in their market but customer service is nonexistent!!!

Tried to call Telkom to enquire about having internet connection. The auto answering was hopeless the number given to phone was given at such an high speed that it was impossible to follow. Please give the number at a slower pace for everyone to follow. Tried the number that was given but there was nothing just a long tone.

Less than great experience. Some of the staff can only assist to a certain point on the system and then you need to wait for the next available agent. Frustrating to say the least. Had the exact same experience on the same day at Telkom Walmer Park.

Waited in que for over 30 mins ,get to the technician ALEX ,the phone is faulty but he cant book it in had to get another ticket to stand another 15 mins in the que.Alex had to beable to book my phone in and not damn waste my times!!

The manager do not care about the client ones you start to talk about the problem so that the rest of the people in the store hear u she put u to some one that cant help been there since March still having same problem she not willing to look into the mater u phone telkom head office still nothing telkom sucks but green acres store or manager is the worsed u can get

Went for an upgrade to 40 mbps from a 10 mbps ,and it takes 6 days to get activated and when it got activated im only getting 12 mbps download +when i logged the fault its been 2 days without internet.??telkom

Ms Deli was patient with me

I cancelled my subscription in store. Apparently it was never cancelled and Im still being billed for a service im not using.

With my latest visit, i was still in tbe que when someone approached me and got my phone back on the network in under 1 minute. . Telkom directs helpline ( 081180) is however another sad storey as after one hour on the phone, they failed to resolve the problem that the office easily resolved. The helpline service is useless

I was not impressed with service I received. I told I must to the bank for statement. When I came back I was not helped since my enquiry was done by someone else they could not conclude it. They did not call their head office now I must wait for two days again.

Last year I changed from an adsl package to a fiber package and ever since I have been billed incorrectly. Ive been to this particular store countless times in an attempt to have the issue resolved but to date the issue remains. The service received has been really poor and the fact that the issue remains after a year of continuously complaining is shocking! I am seriously considering using a different service provider as I cannot continue on this basis.

Slow, grumpy, unprofessional staff who treat customers like uneducated animals. Generally rude and disinterested in assisting you.The service is very slow. Expect to wait in along queue.However, Telkom is still the cheapest cellular provider around.Dont visit if you suffer from high blood pressure!

Absolutely horrible service from Greenacres Telkom office. Placed an order for an Internet line to be installed at my premises, no less than three times a technician was dispatched to install the line, and 3 times nobody showed up at the premises after notifying via sms what time and date they will be there. After going to the office, I was told they will make a call and see whats going on. Highly frustrating and pathetic. Fire someone.
