I own a garden service and having been filling my bakkie weekly and petrol drums three times a week at Sasol Bufflesfontein to the tune of around R3500 a month for the last 7 years.Today they refused to put petrol in my drum citing the new legislation banning fuel in containers. The legislation has already been amended specifying that only containers not approved for containment of petrol or diesel, such as cooldrink bottles, are banned.I went to speak to the Manager. She had zero interest and carried on typing on her computer while I told her the legislation has been amended. Still typing , facing her screen she said Ill need your company name. I said you can get it. She responded On a letterhead.  I then told her I no longer need to spend my money here and left.I do not need to spend my hard earned money at an institution that is ignorant of the law, has zero customer service and has rude management.Im sure Shell, BP, Engen, Calex or Total will gladly accept my money. I have also shared my experience with other garden services who will also be avoiding Sasol Buffelsfontein.

Ive been using this Sasol for a while now until last week. I lost a petrol receipt and I used a business card so Ill need it for petrol usage record. I dont know how many times I went back to the garage to ask for a copy of it or picture and Ive been told stories. Its honestly stressing me out as it will have to be deducted from my salary. I left all the details of the receipt Contact no, car registration but no one followed up. I guess our journey ends here with Sasol.

I am in a absolute awe . . . To see management part of the team and not just in a office. The car wash side is sufficient and they take pride in what they do. Absolutely STUNNING

Very good service. Decent car wash. Usually busy. Also decent little shop for quick snacks.

Every time I go here, a different attendant helps me, and every time they are super friendly and so helpful. I am impressed each time, well done!
