Absolutely delicious items available, but staff are not very friendly in Stella Londt store, and not terribly customer oriented in the walmer store. A little bit of staff training would go a long way

Ordered a cake for sons birthday day. Process was simple & well done. Cake was delicious but too much sweat icing for most.

How many times must i burn my fingers before i learn. Bought a few cakes today. Fresh was sour on eclairs... carrot cake was stale.... u didnt bother to check the rest.Please remain constant with your quality.

My wedding cake is perfect. I gave a rough outline with creative license to the Pastryworks team and they exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for all your hard work and effort! 40 icing flowers with lace detail on a 3 tier topped off with a groom tortoise and a panda bride is no small feat. You’re amazing #grateful

Worst service that i received from a young brunette girl. Wanted to enquire about birthday cake for my daughter. She didnt even let me finish what i was saying and just handed me a business card and said i should send an email with an irritated look on ger face.I never felt so belittled in my entire excistence.. Youve just lost a customer. Thanks for poor service

If you enjoy confectionary, quiche and breads, then this is the place to excite the Occidental palate and, in fact, any other palate too!!! I regularly make this a compulsory stop in order to get my favourites here... their custard slice and their Chocolate Brownie are scrumptious. In fact, almost anything else is also. And the staff are as friendly as their product is nice.

Working doctors during the COVID crisis and rushed to the bakery as we were under the impression that it closes at 17h30. We arrived at 17h14, saw people inside and opened the door and asked if we could order a cake only to be rudely glanced at for a second by a blonde lady and told No. We are closed. No consideration or accommodation for a customer. Im glad it happened though, I have zero intention of ever ordering anything from a place where anyone ,nevermind , exhausted Drs in scrubs are so obnoxiously treated.

Not up to scratch, characters on my kids birthday cake were falling apart. Not very friendly.

The staff was friendly, the cappachino great.. Then some grumpy guy arrives and asks me to move so that they can pack away, 10 minutes before closing time.. Pity..

I have always been a loyal customer to Pastry Works. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family. I was very disappointed to find out on the day of my wedding that my wedding cake had fallen over in the car while they were delivering it. They brought in a dummie cake which was made out of polystyrene and covered with fondant and Roses we bought...This cake was only delivered on the night of our wedding during our speeches and it was very awkward to cut and eat for the pictures and we couldnt share anything with our guests as there was no actual wedding cake. Initially they refused to give us a refund and wanted to settle on giving us 25% of the money back as we struggled to get our money back and we still didnt get the full refund. This whole situation took a special part of our wedding away from us. Due to this unforseen event I wont be supporting Pastry works again. If the customer service from Pastry works side was sincere and not full of attitude , we wouldnt have been so unhappy...and couldve settled on much better terms.
