Food (chicken) was great. But the salad looks like it came out of the freezer. After i finish my meal 40min later came my salad

The drive through is a nicely created space in view of the pandemic and the need to keep the restaurant closed for sit in customers.The food was upto usual Nando standards, though the gravy in the Pap and livers could have been more generous allowing for the Pap to be eaten comfortably and not dry.Staff was very good and helpful.

The chicken tender and juicy. Only thing it lacked was heat in my extra strong request and no extra hot sauce available on the tables

Walked in today, after waiting for the lady at the door to finish shouting orders in Xhosa at another staff member, I ordered a Cappuccino.15 min later, a depressing sight arrived at my table, coffee that tastes like it came out of a packet and mixed with boiling water, foam (if you can call it that) that was either done by someone who has no skill on a barista machine, or the more likely explanation, it was not done using a barista machine.The coffee had no trace of Expresso taste, none, instead it was sweet, almost like chicory coffee.after mentioning that the coffee tasted like something from a packet, my waitress very rudely told me that it was not and stormed off.more than 20 lights out at the time of my visit, and 2 severely strobing downlightersI will not be visiting there again.

The Nandos exterior signage stood stark against the night sky as our family group arrived for a farewell dinner. On arrival, we got a warm and friendly welcome from security before a waitron took over and guided us to our seating. Orders placed, including the upsell of their new dish, and we settled in to the prep-wait with icy cold Ginger Fizz Designer Drinks for the adults and Frosted Drinks for the kids. The meals were all very tasty and well presented. All their staff were nice, characterized by their friendly chatting during all interactions with us. As the kitchen was not very busy, improved planning at bringing everyones dishes and drinks timeously will ensure a 5-star rating next time. We will return, again with the CEO of Nandos, Canada, Kevin Lindhorst, his wife and daughter.

No long waits for the ordered meals however I found two pieces of hair in the food. Staff members were friendly and welcoming but the meal started off with milk for my tea spilt all over the dinnerware. Please also train the staffs to know whats on the menu.

Really awesome food except its not quite a drive-thru. It seems one must always go and wait in the chill zone, and someone will bring u ur food, not like other nandos druve-thrus

Went on a rainy day for some take aways through the drive thru.. Everything was excellent until we have reached the pick up/collection window, just to be told to please park in the front they would bring the meal.So I refused and told them whats the point of going thru a drive thru if you still need to park and wait for them to bring itThey werent happy, but dont let me go through a drive thru just to be told to go park and wait.. Then you should not have a drive thru at all.Besides all of this, the food was flaming good as always.

What a poor experience dining there!!!Just today 5th June 2021,myself and family of 5 waited roughly 35min. Just to be seated ,if the restuarant is full tell me how long I will wait and I can decide to go elsewhere or not ,and when presented with our meal ,the chicken was underdone and cold,not how we requested it well done!with blood still visible!!Such a bad experience overallAnd a simple sorry from the manager just does not cut it .Wont see me again

On an impromptu business trip! What an adventure!!

Impressive but very misleading advertising the kids chicken meal was advertised for 47 any meal with a juice and a paddle pop. But they charged for the paddle pop which came to R 15 more than the advertisement. When I queried it the manager said it I had to pay for it as the advertisement was no longer valid and I insisted I was going on social media to complain as it was a misleading advertisement and they should have removed the poster if it was misleading. It was then resolved after she phoned headoffice and mentioned it was that I was going to take this wrong advertising further to media. Only then was I given my money back and the poster was not removed which I thought it would be. I will in future check the advertisement before paying. Orderd a starter portion of chicken livers from delivery and it was so funny as it was 2 pieces of livers which was 80 Rands with delivery. Neatness and the manager following up the false advert was good as she did explain it was a wrong advertisement but it would make sense if they removed the poster as I am sure more customers would be forced to pay extra for this misleading advertising.

Always great service in drive thru but today i to had to honk my horn before someone came to help me.Then when i orderd Curos with caramel sauce i was told(second time) in two weeks no sauce.Canceled my order.

My wife ordered a full portion of chicken livers and it looked so small we went back. Were told full portions have 14 livers and starter 7 so went home to find 10 pieces and most of them not full livers. R59 for 10 part livers is ridiculous

I havent eaten at a Nandos in years. Wow, so much better than I remember! The staff were absolutely lovely. The restaurant was spotless! The table side service was brilliant. The food was incredible. I especially loved the 5 odd different got sauces you can try with your meal, since I never know what heat level to go for! Honestly, I havent felt so at home while eating in at a fast food restaurant, ever. Oh and I LOVED the crockery! Great job guys!!

I have a serious problem with this Nandos the staff here is not friendly first of all especially the cashiers theyre inpatient with you as customer when youre place an order poor customer service...on Friday i came for the first time to Nandos Walmer and i was not comfortable the manner in which the cashier treated me she was so annoyed and appeared frustrated as a result she couldnt even give me the receipt or slip as a proof of purchase so all and all Nandos Walmer drive thru CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR and i so wish the management can do something about this and its unfortunate that i was not given a slip so that i can point the person who was serving me she was so Lazy.....👎

The place is very cool

Awesome service. Great qauilty that you trust and know for Nandos. The place was under renovation so had limited seating but still was enough place to seat people. Bathrooms where kept cleaning and has more than enough parking to accommodate both drive in, walk in takeaway and Uber eats people. Does feel alittle tight when busy rush.

No complaints about this Nandos branch. The staff are great, service is about as quick as you can expect for a Nandos and the drive-through facility is very convenient. If I have any complaint its for Nandos HQ: the Fiesta Fries need to get taken off the menu. They are disgracefully short on chips compared to the marketing material and the topping is disgusting.

Had a fairly decent meal inside the restaurant (first time for a sit-down at this Nandos). Food was good as was the service. In fact we had a great server. Really we had no complaints. Well done!

Bought a wrap with a side of spicy rice. There was nothing spicy about it. All I got was yellow rice, not even salted. Also please ensure the food is warm when it leaves your drive-thru. Not the first time Ive been disappointed here.
