I went there to buy take away and i cannot express how annoyed they made me. I have been going there for some time now and they really seem to have a problem when you ask for some extra sauce. Firstly, they will not put any sauce and when you point the extra sauce on the order to them, they drench it as shown in the picture. This happens too regularly and there seems to be nothing in place to curb this. I truly hope they can do better.

The first time we had takeaways we were disappointed as we usually only go to the one in Cape Rd, and last night I thought to give them a second go... Disappointment is not even the word for it.. The chicken was burned yet again and my corn.... Lets just leave it PG13.. one thing is for sure I would definitely not be supporting Nandos Metlife at all going forward..

Nandos metlife Chickens are far too small for their price, there should be a grading/sizes or a weight specific requirement for restaurants, they are just getting smaller and smaller, and the price is just going up and up. Look at the picture how small it is!!!

Nandos is always the best and this one is no different. Pleasant staff. I had a great lunch.

Several bad experiences with this branch. The staff have not been friendly or accommodating, the food has taken forever and the order has been incorrect several times and sloppy on presentation

Nandos will always be good, no matter which one you go to. However, keeping in mind that my visit was during Covid-19 level 3 restrictions, the wait was extremely long. When I ordered an extra hot chicken liver and roll and a leg quarter with wedges, I was told to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I waited exactly 66 minutes! I have ordered extra hot Peri-Peri chicken livers at least 50 times at other outlets, prior to this event. This time, it could best be described asmild. This was the first time that I have been disappointed in visiting a Nandos restaurant.

Kerb side collection does not work at this . Second time in 3 weeks that I branchbranchbranchbranchbranchbranchbranch to go inside to be told the system is down so they cant bring the food out. Order was supposed to be delivered at 17:05. Please remove your kerbside option from your app if it is not available. Edit to add: Your cute replys to problems and suggesting we rather email so as to not make your response public doesnt help with our frustrations.

If you are single you can eat there. Its priced way out of the market. You definitely cant afford to feed a family of 4 from Nandos. The food. Is good but not in most peoples budget for the small portions

I order from the Metlife branch at least twice a week but left very disappointed with todays order. Spend R96 for half a chicken on the Mr D app and you get mostly bones. I can see why they didnt honour my request to cut it into 4 because there was hardly anything for them to cut. Its a rip-off to charge these prices and the quality you get in return. I wont support this branch going forward.

Working for Mr Delivery i get first hand experience with the staff and the efficiency and the excellence all combined...not to mention the great food offcourse.

Gabrial, the manager, was superb. Provided kerbside deliver, got the order perfect with extra sauce on all chicken and was friendly. Excellent customer service.

As far as Nandos go, this is the worst service I have received. Being told that you are going to wait, neh, 30 min after your 15 min order, is not the service I expect.

POOR NANDOS POOR. waited for 45 minutes for my order and when I asked why all I got was a blank expression and no apology and to make it worse when I got home food was not good as my chicken was over cooked, looks like this Nandos only concentrate on the delivery services

The food is so expensive and the portions that you get are ridiculously small, and it does not taste aby better than the whole cooked chickens you buy from the supermarkets, at least the staff was friendly but we waited for over an hour for our food

I landed back in P.E and the first thing we bought to eat was a hot chicken...The chicken was not hot and tasted old and dry...no flavour at all.....it seems like this chicken was old

I didnt like their food, plain and terrible, i ordered livers and pap it was so bad, unlike what Im used to getting from other nandos restuarants, livers were burnt and too oily with no taste

Nobody sitting down.... Mr D waiting forever. Customer before me waiting forever. And Im waiting forever. Yet we have 6 staff on both sides of the table looking at each other and nothing happening. This might be close to me but I think the extra couple minutes drive to Newton Park isnt just worth it..... Its a must for me from now on. Really sad as I was so happy to have 1 open close to me..... Just got home now. Hot is apparently the new extra hot... Check labels on the liver sauce please. Not my first hot livers so I know. Done with Metlife plaza. Newton park... Number 1. Thank goodness we still got Newton park.

Last night I ordered a boujee bowl vegan. On my request I asked for Lemon and Herb. The sticker on the box read Lemon and Herb. That food was so spice is could not eat it. I just wish the people making the food would ready the order correctly.

Same old great taste and well prepared.. tender and cooked perfectly. Best grilled chicken for me. However, team member cleaning teeth with toothpick front of house is a spoiler.

Food was cold when served, chips we stale, smaller than usual portions given, had to return food twice. Also saw another customer to returning food while waiting for our food to be re-done. Very unpleasant experience. Wouldnt recommend to use hard-earned money at this establishment, expecting good food and quality service is not likely to happen.

Out of all the fast food chains, Nandis has the best quality of food by far. We had a great time there having an awesome lunch. My favourite choice is normally always their Hot Pot..with their delicious hottest Nando sauce. Service was good, the shop was clean and tidy and the till attendant was fast, friendly and efficient. Well done.

Friday 23 August 2019 was my first visit to this new store. Awesome store and location,friendly staff. Received my mouth watering take away order within 10minutes. This is now my favorite Nandos store. My order was perfection in a bag.

Absolutely terrible experience. Cashier at the front very unfriendly, as if I was wasting her time by ordering. Chicken that I received from said order was very dry to the point of being rubbery, with very little sauce. Rice we ordered as a side undercooked. The family was not happy. We wont be visiting this branch again.
