Its a great place! The atmosphere is very lively and it was quite busy. The food was really good and came relatively quickly. The pricing is absolutely wonderful and they have great specials. Our waiter was friendly and we received good service. Its also quite amazing to watch the planes taking off as youre eating. There is also a play area for kiddies. I would recommend trying it

Myself and a couple of colleagues were invited to dinner and drinks there. Located at Rand Airport it was a really nice evening where we witnessed a stunning sunset as we shared drinks and discussed some business. The food was good, the company equally as good but the only slight drawback was that the service was not quite equal to the cuisine.

Its a lovely place to chill, the food is amazing. The live performances stood out for me, enjoyed watching small aircrafts landing and taking off.

I absolutely LOVE the garlic prawn starter!!! Its amazing! Made to perfection. Wish theyd use garlic bread instead of normal brown bread. The Mexicana pizza was bland. Environment is lovely with all the planes in the background. Lovely staff as well.

Vibey atmosphere. Loved the live music. Waiter was very friendly. Food was very well priced, good portions and tasty

Really great place to meet friends have a bite and a drink. Has a great atmosphere. If youu lucky the puma Harvards might just take off fly over or land while you are there.

Great place for Sunday breakfast ....buffet or a la cartel. Fun to sit and watch the small planes giving flying lessons. Then a trip down the road to the SAA Museum of aviation well worth a visit.

Very chilled vibe. The outside area gives a good view of the parked planes. I assume you would have a good view of any planes taking off as well, but unfortunately no planes took off during our time there. There was a live-performance on that day. And while the singer had a very strong voice, the songs being sang was not conducive for partying. We did not try the food, but the drinks were average in price. The inside is mainly families and older couples

Its a good restaurant, filled with a lot of meat options. The portions served also seem adequate for someone who needs something filling and tasty. Just didnt like the time taken to serve me food, but otherwise, it was an all round good experience. And the view of the aeroplanes helps with the ambiance.

Service a bit slow, it wasnt very busy but we had to wait awhile between drinks. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Will recommend this restaurant.

Always great to be here. The live music is really good and you could sing along with just about every song. Food also very good and great variety of beers on the tab. Love the outside open air and the occasional aeroplane flying by. The place to be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Popped in after work on a Friday... live one man band was good... food was excellent and well priced. Huge variety of drinks... from cooldrinks to cocktails to draughts. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Toilets was neat and tidy. The view of the airplanes from the deck was unusual but really enjoyable..... will definitely be visiting in the near future.

Nice open environment, one or the tables are uncomfortable, we had to move takes due to this. You do see small planes taking off. The portions of food are LARGE.R8 Parking, no covered parking. Half prize on steak when I was there. Kids eat free on Fridays

This is mine and my daughters favorite restaurant. Nice food, family friendly, friendly waiters. I must say pricing now after lockdown are not as they used to be, as expected though since this industry has been hit hard. Fortunately they have not had to let any of their staff go due to the covid effects. Friendly manager we just had a long convo about the effects of covid. I can highly recommend this place. Perfect for small gatherings. The choppers background calls for beautiful insta pics.

Great place with good food and friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. However there was no social distancing between tables and place was very crowded (something to think about if your prefer to social distance) but other than that place is highly recommended

Was a little disappointed with the buffet breakfast - all the food was ice cold even though it was in hot boxes in steaming water. Newsflash!! Hotboxes only work if the food is hot when put into them, theyre not very good for heating up yesterdays food !

Food average was not impressed at all. The one man band was sooooo loud. Asked our waitor to turn it down even he was scared to ask advised he will request with manager then never heard from him about the loud music. A flash back from old school Afrikaans something....there was too many people the non smoking section did not have an aircon according to the waitor it has never worked so we just sat there cooking in that area. What a horrible experience not entirely sure why people like this place...food expensive but blend ....what a waste of R2000...never again!!!

A lot of the food is made from frozen, even their famous steaks.Service is okay, nothing exceptional. The ribs are good, the pizzas are okay.Overall have had more expensive food with worse experience elsewhere.The cold drinks are more expensive than many restaurants. The week day specials make eating here, more affordable, so keep an eye out for them.

This cafe restaurant is a perfect venue for a business lunch. The food is good , prices are reasonable and its great to sit outside , very well spaced out for social distancing , and watching all the aviation activity. Really nice

It was great. Only problem sitting outside is still the people smoking hubbly and blowing clouds of smoke and (depending on the wind) you will inhale it as well. Also no freshly squeezed orange juice available. Food was good.

Food is great.The only let down is I phoned 3 times before going to check if they serve bunny chow and the lady confirmed that they do in a Cota and a burger but when we sat at the table and asked the waiter she said no they dont.At the end of the night we had great pizza and a laughter

I used to go there on a Sunday with my late dad to listen to the music. And my now husband and I went on our first date there in 2012. Dont go there as often as I used to but still an awesome place to go.
