I enjoy visiting Doppio. Great ambiance, lovely staff awesome service. Their meals are well prepared. Restaurant caters for everyone including vegans. Covid-19 protocols strictly adhered. By the way, I cleaned out my plate. :-)

Food was fantastic, but the service was not quite upto scratch. The establishment was not busy at all but yet we were always looking for awaiter.If you looking for a good meal with the day to yourself, Doppio Zero is well worth the visit.

Overall the service from Dumisani our waiter was super however when we arrived our table was not ready. The food, ambience and service was great.

The venue looks fresh,cozy and modern.The waiters tried their best but I can say for my first time there the menu felt a bit overwhelming and we had a meat issue that ruined our appetite that we skipped dessert but Its probably something they couldnt avoid but have noted now and they were very apologetic about it.So I give their fresh juices a star,the look of the place a star too but the couches are not very comfortable.The service gets a star too the food... I need another try maybe a different dish my burger aswell was not the best Ive tasted.

My second time to visit Doppio Zero restaurant. Excellent food, excellent environment and courteous staff. No doubt I will go back to the restaurant for another meal. I found their deserts pricey though - this is why I am giving them 4 stars.

Is a beautiful place, the pasta is wonderful, the entrance jalapeno juice was very good but my dish that was meat didnt taste good!

The decor and ambience was beautiful but could not make up for the terrible Seafood Thai Curry that tasted neither like Curry nor like Thai food. It was like a sweet seafood stew. Awful. Terribly disappointing.

The restaurant has good service, a multiracial clientele and provides a lovely scenery. Good vibes.

So disappointed, I ordered the sweet potatoe mash due to special dietary needs, asked if it was made with milk, I was told coconut milk which is great but then I get my order and it is full of butter grease. I cant have dairy. I can better sweet potatoe mash at home. And it wont be covered in grease, why would there even be so much grease in sweet potatoes?

Very nice place with nice food. Good for family times. Food is beyond explanation from breakfast to lunch. Just an incredible place with value for money.

My first time at this place was so amazing, the food was so fresh and amazing. The second time was a disaster. Ordered the same thing I ordered the previous night. Surprisingly the portion downsized by over a half. The taste was bland. Not sure if the chefs make the same dish differently. But the second time really wasnt nice nor tasteful. The manager is a lier for sure. She comes and tells me that the portion I got was right and yesterdays portion was wrong, even though theres no portion sizes on the manue. She then says the waiter that helped us last night was a trainee.

I had such an amazing service from a Waiter named Roy & because of that I am definitely coming back. His service was extremely marvelous from the moment we arrived. The decor and arrangement for seating is great. However the vegetarian burger I had left a lot to be desired. And when speaking to the manager, I was told she wouldnt know since she only eats beef!

This place has a great vibe, like you can just sit around the whole day sipping on great coffee.

I had waited so long to come here that my expectations were quite high!The ambience is cozy yet spacious. And I did enjoy my drink and the tapas was delicious. But somehow the pasta and the veg burger tasted a tad flat! Having had the impossible burger maybe my standards are a little high but I am sure they can do better with their veg burger patty!!

Fairly good service. Excellent food, the pork belly was delicious. Their whisky selection was fantastic, just unfortunate that there’s no whisky menu.

10.06.2018 Finally made my way to this branch as i have been wanting to use my voucher that i had won.Love the setup of this place, i am sure summer time is lovely to sit outside but not today its flipping freezing. They have the usual varieties of cakes, desserts and breads to choose from on display. I am definitely loving their current winter menu. So many great Mediterranean dishes and spicy foods.We ordered hot drinks to start, sadly my Chai Hot Chocolate and my sisters tea arrived luke warm, but my moms coffee was at least hot.The breads served while waiting is enough to fill you with their tasty chilli, garlic and parmesan sides.I could have easily chosen a few tapas options but my eye was caught on the Grilled Rump flatbread - Chilli & Garlic rubbed Rump, Kale (yes i ate Kale forgive me for i have sinned), Roasted Red Peppers, Marinated Feta, Salsa Alfresco & Hummus Tzatziki, the meat was soft and tender i jist added a bit of chilli and garlic to my meal and it was delightful. My sis had the Salmon and Sweet Potato Fish Cakes with a Ginger, Garlic, Chilli & Soya dressing and Caprese Salad (Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil pesto, Avo* & Red Onion) and mom had the Prego Pollo - Char-grilled chicken breasts, lettuce, tomato, peri peri mayo on Turkish bread with hand cut chips. Those chips were yummy. We also couldnt resist a bit if dessert so we shared the Lemon Meringue -not too sweet or tart - it was actually perfect. Negative points:- Food is glue-like and old. Its been worse over covid!- Service is poor, the staff are well meaning but they just forget about you and your order- No confidence in calling for the manager who seems non existentPlus points:- Staff want to do well but are untrained- Nice rooftop

Had such an amazing time and the food was really amazing!! BUT the service from the waiters was lagging, they all seemed irritated and tired and one of them even bumped into me whilst I was eating! It wouldve been a better experience if the waiters were nicer honestly but otherwise we had fun...

They are extremely slow, by means that they are taking forever to bring the food and the place is barely full.

Went for a quick bite to eat yesterday, staff were friendly and very helpful.The shop was busy but clean, got some baked take aways.The manageress was walking around checking on the customers which is nice to see.Probably be stopping by there again very very soon

First time and we were very much surprised. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food was good but quickly cold, however we were sitting outside and that might have contributed. The food was reasonably priced. Will definitely go again.

The place never disappoints when it comes to good food - service a tad bit slow but we all have off days. My favourite one is still the one in Rosebank.

I had an excellent breakfast at this restaurant. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and friendly service.The food was delicious. Great scrambled eggs, lamb sausages, and delicious fried tomatoes and onions. The spiced chai was great.

Waiter was friendly and helpful. Steak was nice, unfortunately the mushroom sauce had a lot of garlic in it. Didnt eat it, complained about it but didnt get any feedback and still paid for it
