Im pleasantly surprised by their new Vegan range. It tastes incredible. I think their staff should just be interduced to the new range, I got my vegan nuggets in a chicken box, with non vegan mayo dip. Not a big deal, but still. Im so glad BK now has an option that includes me!

Surprised by the unlimited softdrinks! Juicey burgers! And super friendly! Was only take away! But a first Burger King for me! And loved it!

I have a weakness for hamburgers. And Burger King is probably one of my favorite franchise burgers. The food here is good but I always feel the service is missing that spark and the place whilst not dirty is not exactly clinical either. As said the food is good but just needs a little more effort.

Inconsistent, false advertising, untrained/uninformed staff, poor customer service...Went back a few days after the first visit in years, to try the widely advertised Vegan Royale, Vegan Whopper and Vegan nuggets 🥳The first time was véry good, hence the 2 stars, but the second time, a disaster.Ordered 4 Vegan Royale meals, which came out in delayed parts, so the first was cold by the time the last was done. I watched as a woman and what seemed to be a manager (man), fiddled around with the last royale placing it here and there 😷, removing and then adding toppings... half a kilogram mayonnaise on this one and a bun that looked like it went to war. The man saw me watching but thought nothing of giving the battered Royale to me anyway?!? 🥴 I asked if it was still edible but was met with blank stares. I was so shocked/upset by their lack of professionalism that I just turned around and left in disgust. Unsurprisingly the battered royale was inedible and not one royale tasted or looked the same. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

This Burger King is quite busy especially on the weekend. Even though they are busy the lines move quickly and the service is friendly. The food they deliver is also of a good standard and very tasty.

At nearly R10 per mozzarella stick, youd expect to actually get them filled with mozzarella.

My husband and I love burger king especially the whopper deals and Nacho cheese fries but today (sad face)@R25.90 supposedly a large that looked like small when asking staff what it was they said a large and asked us why we looking do disappointed ofcuz my husbands said yes we are but its fine just as we sat down to eat we discovered No chips packed with whopper burgers back to till point again waited for chips back to seating as we began eating No colddrinks:_(back to till point again so yes we didnt have a nice experience at all. forgot to take pictures didnt want to make a fuss

Ordered 6 cup-a-cakes through drive through. The cups were handed to us 1 by 1.We had to ask for a container. Were handed 4 cup-a - cakes in a container and had to hold the other 2 in our hands. We then asked which of the 6 was caramel flavor. We were told she doesnt know. After waiting a while she asked another volleuvue and was told that the caramel flavored 1 was marked. Started eating the marked cup only to find out that it was chocolate as well! So had to swop the half eaten cup and then had to swop to get to the right cup. Pathetic pathetiv service.

Fresh take aways, friendly service. Only problem I had it was my first time there and I didnt know where to pay and where to pick up my food at the drive through. It was not marked clearly or at all.

Was not impressed i ordered a texas bbq king 3.0, price shows 109r on the board not a problem, i get to the window to pay just to see my order is 87r the slip says texas king go to the next window asked the guy okay so what exactly am i getting coz i see theres a price difference, only to find out then theres no bacon at the store! so disappointing coz i really expected this big burger, instead i got 2 patties and onion rings, not nice! please communicate as to what you have and dont have

The service are really bad. The take really long with the food and if you ask after 30 min how long it will be they tell you that the are going to make it now. They are really unfriendly and they do not really want to help the customers.

What is broken when its name is spoken? Apparently a Burger King ice cream machine now too. It is the 4th week in succession that I visited BK (each time on different days of the week) and on each day I ordered a milkshake only to hear the machine is broken. This is ridiculous as there apparently is no intention to fix it.

We did not have a great experience at this Burger King. We ordered through the drive through, and when the server passed the drinks to us, he passed them on a tray. 4 drinks on a tray, through a car window, didnt turn out so well. And there was no attempt to apologise or assist with cleaning up. Poor show Burger King

A Very nice Burger King with excellent food as well as good service. Just had to wait a few minutes in parking for drive thru food.

Not very fast for a fast-food joint. I was able to switch my car off whilst in the drive through on more than one occasion. Go to McDonalds across the street for a much more pleasant experience.

Had very good service when ordering, the lady was very efficient and helpful and explanatory. We how ever waited a rather long time for our order and then the chicken wings was burnt and very dry.Overall if they just speed up the waiting g time I would not say that we had a bad experience and did enjoy the rest of our food.

I ordered online and went for collection. I waited 20 min.They where very unorganized there where 4 other customers waiting to place a order but the cashier didnt look like he knew what he was doing.I also ordered a large fries and they forgot to put in and when i ask them they gave me regular fries. It was terrible

I will definitely recommend you check your burgers patties when you buy burgers from this branch my patties were black on both sides like they have been made 2 or 3 hours before and then they just kept them aside to use them when they need them.The rest of the burger was fine and chips also good but I also had to wait quite a long time before I received my meal and the 3 or 4 cars in front of me also waited a long time so not sure what is happening here
