Very disappointing. Waited 20 minutes to upgrade cellphone contract and was told then to just wait another 25 minutes as they were short staff. Some staff were however standing around. I can understand shortage of staff but what about effective communication? Went to a Vodashop and was assisted within minutes.
What a joke, imagine kicking someone out for testing testable products. Dont come here
Worst service Ive ever experienced in my life. How am I supposed to know if what I want to buy is good quality if I cant test it, this place is ridiculous, would not recommend at all.
Horrible customer service, was looking a speaker and the employee served no help and when I was trying to buy the item I got kicked out for trying to test it to make sure it was a good choice.

The person who spoke to me was very unfriendly, rude and had a bad attitude. Was just asking a simple question. I understand that retail can be stressful I was working at retail too but you should never take out your mood on a customer. Wanted to order a product but this call completely turned me off from them. Will rather go to takealot.
They will kick you out of the store for testing products to see if you want to buy them. Guess you are just supposed to buy something you dont know.
After service not up to standard. Nobody knows when the technician will be available. He decides when he will be available and then he does not pop up to help clients.

Ordered a laptop for click and collect this morning. Paid from my FNB acc into theirs so it was virtually instant. Was told i would get the laptop in a few hours when the payment was cleared by head office. Called 5 hours later woman answered refused to call head office and cut the call. Not recommended if you need service.

An online order placed for software was not received. The store did not have stock, I had to order online. I was told by store attendant that the product is not delivered, a license code is delivered. Neither was received

I waited 10 minutes in a near empty store for a member of staff to give me an I dont know answer to a very simple question about why one of their products were marked for clearance.I have never had a good experience with the staff at this store, they are sometimes rude and always uneducated about the products that they sell.Im not going to bother going there anymore.

So, I came to the store wanting to buy a new PS4 pro. I stood waiting, and waiting, and waiting and did I forget to mention how I waited? Staff members were helping customers, based on the way they looked and were dressed. I waited for about twenty minutes before finally being helped. Did I buy my PS4 from this store? The answer would be a no. Based completely on staff.

The worst experience I have every experienced. I ordered an Apple Watch told it would arrive 5 days later... no watch.... I asked when it was due in.... they don’t know.... 14 days later called to find if Watch arrived only to be told they cancelled order.I spoke to manger and he was useless..... I can not understand why they are still in business.It was a simple request for an Apple Watch....

They have just lost R12000-00. We wanted to buy a laptop but with just 1 guy to assist and customers keep coming in. Please get more workers to assit customers at the very least.

I have recently moved to George and have visited the incredible connection in the garden route mall a few times and have not been impressed with the customer service at all. The staff are very rude and it feels as though they are doing you a favor by helping you out.

Very disappointing experience. Wanted to use an international Visa card to pay. It worked perfectly fine before and directly after at other vendors, but the person at the counter stubbornly refused to let me swipe the card, claiming that since there is a chip they are not allowed to let me pay by using the magnetic strip. Such a pity - they have lost out on about R20,000 worth of business, and wont be getting any reecommendations or return visits from me.

I bought a Cell phone and had problems with it after 2 days. Retuned the phone expecting to get either a full refund or immediate replacement. But no. There refund policy does not apply to cell phones as its sold by vodacom. Im now without a phone waiting for vodacom to react. Incredible Deception.
