Ive been using memory sticks for many years including a 120 MB museum piece which is still in regular use and have so far never had a mechanical or electronic failure. In Sept this year I bought a Strontium 32 GB all-plastic stick from them and was told that they have had no problems with them. There have been great advances in plastics and so I was confident it would not fail with normal use. When I showed the gentleman at the door the cracks in the stick today he said it was due to physical abuse and I had little chance of a refund from the supplier.

Very enthusiastic and helpful workers/salesman. Sells laptops, cables, adapters, keyboards, mouse and accessories. They seems to know their work and they also do repairing of laptops and computers.

Unprofessional, I went in to get a quote to get a old laptop fixed, which they did not give me feedback for 3 weeks, I went to the store again and they had no record of me and said they never heard of this request before.It seems like no one really knows what is going on in the shop, the guy in front refers you to the technicians at the back then the technicians refers you to the counter.Bad experience, NOT recommended 😕

Hi can only highly recommend Epirus computers, best prices beats other stores and online, extremely helpful and friendly service, and after buying a very good Del laptop from them at discounted price had some issues which they resolved free of charge even after it fell out of Warrenty. Also from a blind customer/s point of view, exzcuse the pun, the staff are always prepaired to show me hands-on the products I am interested to buy.
