“I regret to be the bearer of bad news but your PC is dead” Chrisjan (Bover Technologies), my helpful computer repair man, told me recently. I decided then that the time had come to migrate to laptop and so visited various stores and finally settled on Matrix for offering me what I needed (although I do miss Win 10 Pro) and for their excellent service. Many thanks to Leo for making the transition as painless as possible and also thanks to Henrico. My PC went to Optima Electronics for recycling!

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Please save yourself the money and dont make the same mistakes we did. They sold a lenovo laptop to my dad that broke a harddrive 1 year after purchase, instead of sending it in for a diagnostic test, the asshats just replaced the harddrive in store and charged my dad R1300 for it. Another year later, the harddrive broke again, changed the harddrive in store again. The third time it happened they sold him an external harddrive so that it wouldnt happen again. It did, and then they said he needs to buy a new laptop. We took it to epirus for a diagnostic test and they were able to tell us that it is all due to a faulty motherboard, which should have been replaced in a warranty claim, but Matrix does everything for money.
