Beautiful place with awesome tranquility!

The service in this place is appauling the shower water is freezing cold our lights keep going off. How can you not provide hot running water for us to shower. Sadly we have to be here for another day another night of waking up to those showers. This is disgusting and disrespectful if I had a choice to not choose a star I would leave them blank.
