Very very bad delivery and service ever..... Ordered my familys food at 18:00 its now 20:10!!! 2 hours 10 min waiting.... For cold fish!!! And all the manager can tell me is SORRYCalled the restaurant to ask where is my food.... No the driver left a long time ago.... Phoned the driver no his bike is broken..... We will try to get the other driver to pickup your food and delivered it....Phone the customer and tell them whats going on..... Or call the manager at the restaurant and tell them whats going on .... Very very disappointed in my book 0 stars.... If I didnt phoned to ask where is my food nobody wouldve known....

I just got my delivery about 20 minutes ago,,, Im very disappointed with fish aways Ermelo.Delivery was fast but the food.Did you just give me rice which stayed in the heat the whole day?Had to throw away the rice.To make matters worse the coleslaw wasnt fresh at all I failed to eat it.Had to eat the fish only that is the only thing which tasted fresh

When you log an order then when you get there they say there no order logged its not my time this has happened

I dont think I know if they are afraid of the owner or whats happening they deliver the wrong order when I had ordered better for 2 and then they come back after 30 minutes saying they came to take the 1 hake and rice whereas they should have brought another hake and rice like Im going to send the food back, so my thinking.... they sell us food that they deliver to the people and if the order is wrong they deliver us someone elses covid 😠 you can keep your food I will never bother myself, Nomusa and that driver from wherever he comes from Ngiyabonga for wasting my time flipping calling to say the orders are late, should have said we dont have food.

Bought medium meal from fish aways ermelo.To cut the story short the order was incorrect and I tried calling the restaurant backanager could not offer any solution instead gave me more problems and attitude. On walk in thi is by far the best take away in ermelo, but today I placed an online order. It was accepted and sms confirmation sent. After waiting a considerable time I phone calstar in whose convenience shop they are located to learn that Fishaways never opened today.Epic system fail and now late at night I have to find an alternative to feed a bunch of people. :(
