Just bought food in store collected order lady double checked order even scratched the till slip but did not receive large chips which i paid for absolutely pathetic why do they double check orders?

Just came from this KFC. We used the drive through tonight as we often do. Their service was so good and so quick tonight that I immediately came to review. Such a pleasant experience!

Wow the best KFC on land, chicken meat it is crypsy and delicious no fat or oil dripping from it. I rate this KFC the best one for December 2019 # KFC 2 Ermelo, mpumalanga province. Great Restaurant. Only issue with this branch is that their machines take long to be repaired when broken. Been craving an orea krusher. Visited this restaurant several times during the month of February and March yet their machine is not fixed and the staff doesnt know when it will be fixed. Really frustrating!

The food was stale! We ordered a burgers, chips and coleslaw. The only thing edible was chips. Their coleslaw was brown in colour and tasted sour.

I was not impressed with this KFC staff they were lousy and not friendly and a few other customers also complained my drink was not filled to the topped so I asked why is it not full and they showed me small red mark on cup and said thats enough.I mean when you take the crusher take out the ice the drink that is left is not even half a cup and it is R18 I think it is a joke.The chicken was fine but 30min waiting time for 3 pieces of chicken and a drink is seriously not on

They woman behind counter chat up every man they meet insteed of taken orders en see that the people get their orders, inviting people behind you to come direct to the front to place their orders. Why are we standing in line. Crunch burgers had ordineray chicken and not crispy. Dont even mentioning trying to get out of the place!

I have stopped supporting both local KFC’s. There is always a problem. Then the drive thru isn’t working, then they get my order wrong time and again, then the card machine is broken etc. Pathetic!
