Friendly staff. Im impressed by their following of covid 19 protocols. They are really fast with their service.Its very popular during pay days and extensively busy.I was happy with their serviceAvoid the bathroom though. Ive never found it clean.

It really deserves a -50. This drive through should get shutdown. The service is terrible in general throughout the store. Staff are super slow inside so make sure you have tons of time. 30min+ inside. Atleast an hour in the drive throughRather NOT!

First oder was placed and paid for,then i saw the lady who does the wraps was not wearing any gloves and ate from the food she made ,i complaind about it at the Manager she then re-funded me and remaid the oder(supervised).When i got the new oder and removed my Cicken &Mijo sammy, the following:bread cold,not toasted,bread has a funny smell and if u open the bread there is hardly any Cicken&Mijo on the sammy .please see attached photos

I wanted Boxmaster meal which costs R68. 90 but Phethile charged me R75. 90 and she didnt even bother to tell me that the is no regular drink. Thats bad customer service.

PATHETIC!!!!! Phoned to place an order for 22 Streetwise 2 with pap, went their the time they said which were 30 minutes later, got their and they prepared 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is what they heard over the phone. Cashier just gave me a look as if it was my fault!!Please teach your staff some manners and your managers how to at least apologize. Stood their for another 15 / 20 minutes AND NOBODY even apologized or made an effort to make the order quicker!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE, THE WAY YOU HANDLE YOUR CLIENTS ARE DISGUSTING!!!!

Bought a specific meal but was given something completely different. The food is thrown to you, no acknowledgment and no eye contact, definitely no smile. So mub for craving for KFC. Im not going back there.

I am very disappointed. Drove 5 hours from our holiday destination and our first preferred stop was KFC when we got there we stood in the drive through line for more than 10 minutes before the vehicles in front of us moved forward. When at last we got to order there were no icecream! Most of what we wanted to orders main ingredient was icecream. We moved on to the KFC in town and the too...no icecream. Will think twice before i stop there again.
