Ordered Wacky Wednesday special and Chips which burgers where OK but the Chips where awful! They where small dried bits and pieces of cold overcooked Chips ! Really not good and I dont think I would ever want to order Steers Chips again !

Clement and the team are always friendly, one of the delivery guys recognized my son and had a cool chat with him. I always ask for crispy chips and my wish is granted! Thanks guys

Half defrosted ice cold food served on a stale moldy bun. This isnt the first time and it is most definitely the last time I will give this place a chance. No wonder it arrived so fast. Do I want a replacement meal? After that? No thanks.

The Jalapeno cheesy chips looked great but tasted awful! Stale sauce on top of stale chips.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for fries. Then got home to crunchy oily fries. Not going back

Had an unfortunate experience in June where i switched my PnP Smart Shopper points for a Steers Original Burger Meal. I felt sick and had Diarreia immediately after consuming this meal. Dont know if they just decided to give me an old/spoilt burger that had been sitting there for long just because i was using a voucher instead of cash (and they thought they were losing money from this therefore?)...this is no way to treat a customer though! I was truly disappointed and have never returned to that Steers ever since.

Not even worth the effort. Order placed and accepted. Delivered cold and incomplete after an hour and a half.Staff full of excuses blaming driver. Driver riding a bike that is most certainly not roadworthy.Disgusting experience. Very off putting.

Definitely not a place for me. But my husband dose go ever now and then for a burger.

I often go to Steers Dowerglen in my lunch time. Most unfriendly staff member of the month must be Kim taking orders. Tuesday I ordered a quarter chicken meal, no other customers insight apart from 2 ladies at a table deep in conversation. I paid went and bought some odds and ends from the Spar. When I got back to Steers to collect my order. They only started my chicken? Stood waiting for another 15 minutes! Tonight I decided to order food via the Steers App. Took over 2 hours to deliver ice cold food less than 1km away. In future Ill rather support the Steers in Senderwood. Most disappointing service time and time again from Dowerglen Steers. Oh and 5 stars for the delivery guy.

Dont expect fast service. Placed an order 20min in advance to get to the store to hear that the meal hasnt even been started as yet. And not the first time
