Pies at factory prices. Very relevant at any time. Same quality pies fresh aroma at the right price. Its worth making a trip to Edenvale if you love pies like me.

As a positive, the pies are great value. Unfortunately the staff are awful. One feels like you are most definitely not welcome.

Factory Pie Shop is, with out doubt, the most value for money pie shop that I know. They have an excellent quality product. I have paid three times the amount for a lesser quality pie at other outlets.

I bought pies again yesterday the quality is rubbish cheese and ham is only dough I cant find any cheese or ham inside , the staff there is extremely rude the short old lady with blond hair and glasses and the younger one with dark brown hair and glasses have absolutely no manners

I like this pie shop, the only thing I dont like is that they told me they only take cash and not cards. I had to drive to an ATM to get cash and go back. I dont always have cash on me as its not safe. But, the pies are simply delicious!

Price keeps going up every year and the quality of the pies are going down. I used to love the pies, they are such a bargain! But the last time I bought I received horrible pies that had gross chewy pieces of meat, almost like grizzle. I had bought 22 pies and every single one was the same!! The ladies behind the til are also very rude. I wouldnt recommend.

Love their pies - nice filling, especially at the price - always have few in the freezer for those quick bite on the run days
