Very neat and clean store. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I dont know how I, as a customer, were supposed to find anything in the clothing racks. They didnt have any unsalted peanuts either. However I must say, they were very clean & neat & the staff was very hard working.

Ok so heres something I bet you didnt know. This Pick n Pay sells freshly made sushi. The way I see it, there are two kinds of sushi; amazing, expensive, special occasion sushi or cheap, does the trick, everyday sushi. The former is easy to find but the latter can be very hit and miss. This Pick n Pay sushi is a hit. Its obviously reasonably priced and its great. Seriously, outside of upper end restaurants this is where you should go. You can even call ahead the day before and order large quantities for a party. I really recommend giving it a go. Id give it five stars if it were easier to access instead having to drive to Greenstone each time I have a sushi craving.

Not enough tills open at 9am on a Saturday plus shelves being stocked at that time as well ....when u open u should be ready with everything done....seriously thinking of shopping at checkers hyper ....cleaner ....staff happier shelves stocked 🤔

Pnp Greenstone happens to be the Best Store for Incorrect Pricing !!! One doesnt pay shelf price . The best deals are on the shelves , but the tills will differ .

They dont believe in customer is king........ my mother was overcharged and they refused to reimburse her..... absolutely pathetic!!!!!

I had the worst ever customer care agents at Pick n Pay Greenstone Hyper today. But then a lady with the name M. Mphalele managed to turn the entire situation around by going out of her way to assist.

Great store, hard to find staff in camping department. Gas cylinder advertised in the paper was not available, mananger arranged and IOU 30day validation will be back to get my cylinder.!!

I have had countless bad experiences at PnP Greenstone. My biggest issue with them is all the groups of employees always standing around in the isles where customers have to manouevre there trolleys around these groups of employees. This is aspecially annoying at busy times. They dont have any regard for the customers.The other day I tried to spend a R500 voucher from my smart shopper points and the cashier accidentally typed R50 in stead of R500. She called her supervisor and they just laughed at me and said sorry, so I lost that R50 now, becaause she had to void the R50 payment. I really think laughing such incompatence away is extremely unprofessional and emphasizes my point that they have NO regard for there customers. I will not be shopping at PnP Greenstone anymore!

I love shopping here but i dont know how this happened.On the 24th June 2017, I bought the PnP UHT Long Life Fat Free Milk 1l x 6 for R64.99 but upon checking online and at Woodmead branch its R59.99. im not a happy customer at his moment. how is this possible? is it a rip-off or something?

Not very clean, neat or organized plus there were many staff standing & walking around doing nothing & talking to other staff yet there werent many tills open even though there were a lot of customers...

I love it always,I however have a question, Why do you not stock more South african products like the MIDI TEA,SOUTH AFRICAN OLIVE OIL ETC..I find that A FEW outlets keep South African Products,food,I know you have south african clothing but feel there should be more and at many more stores,even your instore adverts, today at cresta you advertised Italian olive oil at the door!! I am sure you will not find Italians in Italy working so hard to promote South african products!!You need to up your PDSA content.

Very bad experience,my cellphone and my wallet were stolen in the store by people act to be packers...can only say we always tell customers to hold their bags.they grabbed from my daughters hands I will never go there again its not safe to go there with children.
