The sales staff are helpful. With wiper blades coming with a dozen clips, they assisted me with right clips for my car. The prices are also better than other places.

Clean and neat. Staff friendly and the lady that assisted me with my battery was friendly and helpful. When it comes to parts for your vehicle i am sure you will find what you are looking for. Parking outside could be a problem as this is in Van Riebeeck Street and it was quite busy when i visited.

On some items good service and quality but I bought a headlight bulb it was terrible come on guys not on ,but bought a dashboard bulb from Midas cost 11 rand most companies didnt have stock and when they did wanted 240 rand for a bulb welldone Midas .

Very Clean and Efficient Midas... great service from the staff and basically equipped with pretty much anything you may need from Midas.

Bad service by lady name Constance she assumed parts and was unable to assist she almost sold me an incorrect part , had i not asked for bra Peter to help her out , she was so rude and disinterested on her mistake .

Went to Midas Edenvale to buy windscreen wipers for my sons car. The gentleman that assisted me went the extra mile . Even phoned my son to make sure I get the correct windscreen wipers for the car. Received great friendly service. Extremely helpful. Had knowledge of what i was looking for. Now I know where to go to in the future.

For the size of the store the variance is very limited. Prices are reasonable but definitely not the same as I have found at other Midas stores. Staff could also do with a bit of training on customer service. Parts counter the sales person wasnt unfriendly but the cashier doesnt even bother to greet the customers when being helped and is grumpy as can be.

For a store that is meant to sell all automotive products this one lacked the Wynns Dashboard Repair Kit or any dashboard repair kit. However if you looking for curtain hooks and rails be sure to visit as this was better stocked.

I saw the negative review, so going into the store I wasnt expecting much. But I had good service. I came in for jumper cables, jump start booster pack and some fuses. The guy that helped me gave me a good price on the booster pack and helped me find all the stuff I was looking for.
