Not perfect but very close

Efficient service from the door. Delene has ample knowledge of her cars and it was a breeze having to converse with here regarding problems on my car.

Pathetic service given. Firstly, they charged me R700 to put some bolts on. Secondly, they charged me R400 for a diagnostic which is not readable by anyone or VAG software. Thirdly, they offer to pick me up from a destination which is 5km from their premises and they lie that the driver got lost (when i got there, the drivers polo was parked off). Their suggestion was that they order me an uber and bill it back to me. Fourthly, i ask them for a quote to fix my car and they say it can be given the following morning but they dont respond after that.Their customer service and skills are a clear example of a bad business and i wish no one has to go through such things again.Terribly disappointed.
