Had gone in to enquire about my bumper. Something was hanging out under bumper and seems to scratch and pull when I drive or reverse on high pavements. I went to request a quote. I spoke to Anton, who had a look and told me it wasnt a big job and can be done in no time. He also gave estimate on re-spray of bumper as I have bumped a couple of times.I requested that the urgent matter be attended to.He advised on what I should do. He gave honest advise without making sales and didnt charge me for the 10 minutes work done under the bumper. Mind you I already got a quote for the same problem at another auto shop, I was told I should leave car at workshop as it will take half a day, Greenstone auto body did it in less than 20 minutes at no Cost.Thanks for your honesty and generosity .

Quick and Efficient Service

They have good intentions. The 3 stars is due to the recent experience Ive had where they failed to misdiagnosed a PDC fault on my car. They were sure it was the PDC module which seemed to have been serviced before. In actual fact it was a PDC cable which was damaged during the incident. We had a disagreement as we saw things very differently.The issue was resolved when I brought my brand specific diagnostic machine which indicated that the PDC module was never faulty and it was just a cable which needed replacing.I did get an apology from the owner. They seemed to be willing to procure a more advanced diagnostic tool to avoid such situations from occurring.And yes I would go there again as long as they invest in proper diagnostic machines. Their paint work is perfect. They are really good at panel beating. They also deliver on time.If it wasnt for this specific incident, they would have had 5 stars from me.

My vehicle was repaired perfectly the first time. During the repairs, at various identified stages, I received regular updates. Updates included at times the photo of the repair.All staff I dealt with were polite and highly professional.The estimated work completion date was given but only confirmed after parts were ordered and vehicle stripped and re assessed for damages that were not initially visible.I would not hesitate to recommend greenstone autobody based on my experience and workmanship received.

Took vehicle for a quotation and was told the quote will be mailed. A week later I mailed requesting the quote but did not even receive a note.

Bad service. They quoted me for new condensor, but left the old one on and told me its a new one. My car went back 3 times now. And this is from a approved chev pannel beater. I wont recommend them to any one. Bad bad bad.
