Went to do a quote and were told to pay R250. Left and went to other panelbeaters that didnt charge to do quote, literally took them only 5minute. Business went to them Of course.

Be very careful of this company!LS Autobody did a great job of replacing my bumper after an accident and I was happy to recommend them based on their friendly service and workmanship. However, when I went to collect my car, I noticed immediately that a part of my console (the bottle opener/cup holder - standard issue with my vehicle) had been removed. I immediately brought it to the panel beaters attention who said he would find it in the workshop. Weeks passed and after various phone calls and emails, I was referred to the owner Wayne who strung me along for a while. Eventually, he accused me of removing the item from my own car and blaming LS Autobody for it. Then he said that the repair value on my vehicle did not warrant him paying for a replacement!Needless to say, he refuses to take my calls or reply to my emails.Sadly, the workmanship counts for nothing when your panel-beater steals from you and then blames you!I have since discovered that this was not an isolated experience and other customers have had similar experiences with Wayne.I will never use LS Autobody again and withdraw all the referrals I gave to friends and colleagues to have their repairs undertaken there.
