Lovely quality jewellery. Good service. Friendly, helpful staff. All precautions taken. However their sale is very misleading. They say its 50%off, yet their prices are very high. An item which they quoted R25000 for was supposedly half price. The identical item was around R20 000 at normal selling prices at their competitors shops. Really off-putting.

Second hand broke off the watch I bought after 2 months of use. After 4 months of it being in for repairs, there is still no sign of it being returned.

Bought a watch and the battery died within 6 months the store would not refund me and required 4 to 6 weeks to replace the battery , the watch was expensive and should not have down time
