Although the jewelry is lovely and Ive had good service from Chris, Ive only got poor service from the rest of the staff. I usually receive an uninterested greeting on arrival and havent received a call back on several occasions.

I first had a necklace designed and made here and I loved it. Then this wonderful women helped my fiance to design and make my engagement. The surprise was amazing and I could not have loved it more so had her also make my wedding ring

I took my antique ring to get the casing of the stones built up as it had warn down over the years. The casings looked like a mushrooms after it was soldered, it was uneven and one casings was soldered to the other casing, one was higher than the other. It looked worse than before it went in to get fixed. When I asked them to fix what they had done, they were very rude and would not admit what it was poor quality of service and asked me what I wanted further to get done. When I got the ring back only one of the casings was fixed and the ring was unpolished and now hooks on everything. They had the audacity to tell me that they cant keep manipulating the metal because its an antique ring and the metal can be fragile. If the quality of service was good then it would only need to be done once. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to take any jewellery that precious to them to get fixed by this jeweller.
