Good range , however service can improve, slightly snobbish attitude experienced, the older lady in the store is accommodating and helpful.

My wedding and engagement jewellery was from Vawdas and I have never had a problem with it. Its exactly the design we requested. Vawdas has always provided excellent service. From the moment you step into the store someone is there to help you no matter how many designs you want to see and compare they will accommodate. The store is always clean and fresh and the area has ample parking during quiet times. Will always recommend.

Poor service. Asked for a ring to be resized - took a week to do so, and when I tried it on, it still wasnt the size that I had asked for. Had to go and get it resized at another jeweller at an extra cost.

I was smsd initally to come and fetch my ring. Only to get to ur store and the bands did not have diamonds. The lady asked me if I asked for diamonds and I referred her to the invoice which specifically mentioned diamond bands.I received no apology whatsoever but was told I will be called when it is ready. My mom called last saturday and the lady said the ring was ready for collection. When she asked her abt the diamonds she said no they will call me when its ready. so I was going to come to your store again for no reason.I received no call or sms thereafter. I called the store on tuesday and was told it was ready I did advise that I would collect on wednesday but could not make it. The staff surely could have called me to advise that the store is closing and request that I fetch the ring but no. No one bothered to call me even though ur staff messed up the fast time and made me come in for nothing.I called your store just now and explained all of the above to Rashida who apologized and said sorry we have alot of customers!!!!That is the worst response you can ever give customer that is paying money for her items!
