Staff is helpful and their prices are reasonable. They always have a very fresh range of furniture.

I had to wait for the salesman because he had more customers than he can handle,than after 20 minutes wait he decides to give me somebody to take my details for the sale because I was buying cash...they didnt even bother to give me any details about my bed I had to ask, they only ask for my details so I can go and pay.

Terrible. These people are scammers. They dont offer refunds or exchanges. Staff is just as Terrible.

So the problem was with the delivery company. They were the most rude people I have ever encountered in my life. They phoned 30 mins before they were going to come IN THE AFTERNOON (after waiting for the couch to arrive the ENTIRE day) and already gave a bit of attitude. They arrived here and broke the outside lamp and unapologetically apologized and proceeded to give even more attitude.

One is only allowed to use a trolley.this makes the isles very cramped. Staff not helpful and their conversation s with fellow staff seem to be more important than helping the customers.Guess this is what happens with big corporate companies. They do not really care about the individual attention to service.

Disappointed. Went to House and Home Pavilion to look for a dishwasher. Took my latest payslip, 3 months bank statements and Id to apply for credit. Was told that I need 3 months payslips. If my salary credit reflect on my statement 3 times with the same salary amount why do I need 3 months payslips?

The store is nice sometimes you find some good deals, but my 5 star rating is for Mr Nkululeko the sales guy from the pavillion house & home store great service every time i bought through this guy.

Went to buy a fridge. Salesman was very helpful. There was no stock. This was a regular item and not a sale item. The salesman called the warehouse to check availability.He had them on speaker phone.They were so rude. They told him its on back order and slammed the phone down. I left and purchased it at Game. 😔

Disgusted in their customer service and delivery of my couch. They said they would contact me by 2pm to let me know about my delivery, still waiting by 5pm. And still no couch. And Ive tried phoning them like 6 times and the phone just rings and rings.

They sold me desplayed item which doesnt have a box. It was broken. I bring it for refund but shop dont have money to pay. Waiting for few hours to get my money. They called another branches for cash, but also taking extremely long. Bad customer service and bad quality of electronic goods.

This company advertises a product but does not and didnt have any stock- Am awaiting now since 2 weeks for a call to advise when the stock will be in- called again today and asked to speak to the manager--told he is not available-no courtesy to even ask for my details for him to call me

So... Thanks for no help... I got a fridge as a gift and needed to change to a smaller fridge as it didnt fit my bar... Unfortunaly with no receipt as it was a gift I was turned away and told I cannot be helped... Maybe you should take a note from makro and see how their systems work... On top of everything I asked for a bit of assistance and asked if they had a smaller fridge... I was told no.. By the sales man.. He said they only come in the 90l size... So when I saw a 50L on the way out I was a bit confused.. Felt like he didnt know the products... Just an all round bad experience..

Asked salesman if the item I wanted was in stock in store was told yes. Spent 20 minutes with him confirming all its functions and upon wanting to pay get told I can collect tomorrow??? What was not understood about do you have stock in store?? Told him I was working then told that I can pay to have it delivered???

Was looking for a particular item, we saw what we were looking for, asked for a discount, salesman went away and eventually came back to us and basically slapped us in the face with the discount offered, needless to say will not be going back there as they were not very accomodating to people that were going to spend a large amount on an item.
