I was mistreated by a security guard at the entrance on my way out this morning after 10am. I visited the store to get my Covid 19 1st dose(the staff at clicks were very friendly besides the security guard), then after my dose i was advised to get myself pain tablets just incase i start feeling any pain and i did that and i also bought still water and went to proceed with paying at the till, because of i didnt get myself a plastic i decided to put the two items in my bag, as i aproach him at the door i open my bag two show him the staff and he asked for a reciept i gave him but he continued searching and scratching my bag inside opening zips and small pockets in my bag and i asked him why he does that scratching on my personal staff he gave me attitude threatening me that if he wants he wont let me go he is doing his job so i asked him if his job is to open inside bag zips and pockets and he raised his voice on me infront of people saying if he wants he will ask me to give him reciepts of all items in my bag even if i didnt buy them at clicks and if i dont want to he wont let me go and he was still continuing scratching and looking for something i dont know in my bag while talking busy threatening me. I was so upset the way he treated me like i am a thief or a suspect. He doesnt have respect, he was rude and full off attitude. He needs to get proper training to do his Job professionally and also how to deal and communicate with customers.

Its a busy place but not bad, was there for my locum at the clinic, a very busy clinic I must say but the staff is generous especially the permanent clinic sister, Sr Desaree Bruce..loved her

I usually find what Im looking for, if its not there I order it online and pick it up from there, free delivery for orders over r150... Yay 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

The staff here is horrible. Dont ask anything. You wont be helped anyway. Besides the pharmacists chat to their friends and make customers wait half hour in line.
