In all my experience with stores , once you’re in and the time to close comes , they close the doors for everyone who is outside and wait for everyone inside to finish so that they can lock up and leave.On Saturday, I went there before the store could even close and as soon as the closing time arrived , the workers started aggressively telling me to leave everything and exit the store because they wanted to close. I was mistreated by the workers and they were even prepared to get physical with me. This is unacceptable to consumer rights. Please have customer friendly workers as this is bad for business. Disgusting way to treat a person.

Always a pleasure visiting my local clicks stores ..I always come out spending more than I bargained for that’s because I cannot say no to all the wonderful products .. great assistance form the staff .

This is a nightmare store. If they say they will be open you can be sure they are closed. I rush there for emergencies and they are closed. Even though their website says they are open.clos4 this store. We want Dischem or Sparkport

I always use this Clicks, West street. It was my first time experiencing a bad service. Bongiwe Gasa something, she was very slow while I waited there for my change. I asked her nicely with a smile to kindly hurry and she replied “ nali ibhadi lami bo” I replied calmly “ sister you don’t have to be rude, I asked nicely to hurry”. Then asked that old lady who do I report to then she also ganged up on about something she didn’t even see claiming she was counting change. Where’s there was no change being counted but she was adding her bag into the counter while I waited for my R1.10 change and a slip. Please deal with her and her colored old lady colleague for backing what she didn’t even hear or see for we were using Zulu. They’re bad potatoes to the company.Concerned Regular Customer

They dont hold the phone, if you are call the store.

Just been here like a hour ago,there was a guy and his wife before me sitting at the pharmacy, I waited there for 45 mins and walked away not buying what I required, there were 2 pharmacist on duty Shamima Asmal and Merise Samuels none of them even asked if I needed assistance yet when one of their relatives brought in a bag of Nandos ,Merise decided to make time to take it to the back. Definitely very unprofessional will not be going back here.
