According to reception... you apparently have to pay visits cash and they refund you when your medical aid pays??? Whats the point of having a medical aid then... They claim to be open until 8pm but only take patients until 7:30pm. Best advice is to move on to another doctor that can accommodate according to general procedure.

Absolutely appaulled at the professionalism of the Secretary....I called in at 16:02 and was informed doctor leaves at 16:30 but a locum doctor will be in at 16:30 I got to the doctor at 16:20 and was told.I need to.wait til 5 so I left and said I will come backWhen.I got back to the surgery the Secretary obviously didnt know I was there and referred to me as a stupid casually speaking about me to the other staff working there.We have been loyal patients of the doctor for the past 10 years its sad that the doctor conducts herself with the.highest respect and her staff.lets her down like that..

Absolutely delayed. Its 11:18am and no sign of the doctor. 8 people waiting. Clearly patients arent valued.Edit: 12 and Still waiting.
