Dr Ilse van Rooyen has been my family doctor for over 20 years, which in itself speaks volumes. She is amazing! Very thorough and her bedside manner is excellent, calm and positive. She explains everything and is very patient. She really cares.
I think its a bit ridiculous how I made an appointment for a certain time, got here on time and had to wait for almost an hour to see the Dr whereas 3 people just walked into the office and was seen. What is the point of making an appointment if u still have to wait over an hour and nobody mentioned anything about a delay.
Dr van Rooyen has been our family doctor for years. My grandparents went to her, my parents went to her, my wife, my son and I went to her. Dr van Rooyen is a fantastic doctor. But one is only as strong as the weakest link and to have rude staff at the front desk is not strong at all. Unfortunately Id rather feel sick than go to a place where the people make you feel worse. My family and I will be going elsewhere from now on.
