The medical doctors are great with special mention to Dr Ashika. Ive always had good service however the prices are increasing to a point where it will be difficult to visit the doctor in the future.

The place is nice and clean. The male Dr that was working today (03/01/2021) is very impatient. FIRST of all he was more than an hour late. When explaining to him the reason Im at the Drs he only wants to hear one thing and he was in a rush. He didnt even properly examine me or let alone help me understand the cause or how to prevent it.Ive been going there for years now and this is the first time I got this kind of treatment.

I visited Netcross medical centre and the very same evening my symptoms worsened and during the course of the next day. So I went back the next day only to be told that I need to pay a consult fee yet again to be reviewed by the doctors! This is ridiculous as I was just there the previous day and dont see why I should pay yet another fee to be reviewed. I understand if it was perhaps 2 or 3 or more days later. Not ONE day after the initial consult. Was not impressed by the service received by the staff at reception! Very rude and not helpful at all.

Good service, they accept various medical aid schemes, the doctors are excellent and they understand you pretty well
