Very disappointed. I missed my last service for my vehicle due to covid. And even though I explained a valid reason to the guy that attended to me at the helpdesk, that I was a health care worker and due to covid I didnt bring my vehicle in for the service, he didnt seem helpful at all. Failing to realise that il helped and saved millions of people in my lifes. Everything to them is ABT making money.

We were stranded in Durban after a mouse chewed through some of our electrics! We dealt with Ash and he worked with his technicians to diagnose and solve the problem quickly. They also picked up a problem with our fuel line and recommended we replace it before driving back to Johannesburg. The car (2004 Ford Fiesta) felt the best that its felt in years! Ash also mentioned that we needed to look at our brake system and clutch kit, he told us exactly what we need to do when we get to Johannesburg, but he said that he wasnt going to do it in Durban as it would have meant that we wouldnt make it back to Johannesburg the next day due to the time it would take.I think its amazing that he gave us such detailed advice, even though he wasnt going to make any money from the work we would do in Johannesburg.

Not the best place to service your vehicle. I will definitely not have my vehicle serviced there again. They dont even provide transport to take u back to your office which was only approximately 15 km away.

Ill never take my vehicle to that place ofor a service. I arrived at 06h45 from Pietermaritzburg thinking I was gonna get my car earlier on the day. I returned back at 11h45 to be told my car has not been started with service.

Just had a major service done on my. The service department people did a great job. They were very helpful with all aspects of the process from booking the service and keeping me informed of the progress. The courtesy car driver was excellent and also kept me informed when he was on his way to fetch me from my workplace. The whole experience was stress free. Thank you guys.

Had problems here everytime I have taken my car in for a service. Serious lack of attention to detail and sometimes very unfriendly serive.Much prefer the waterfall branch even though its far to travel.

Cant recommend this place enough! I recently purchased my 2019 2.0 SiT Ford Ranger from these guys, and the purchase process was the easiest thing in the world. Was not happy with their work done. Service department or mechanic did not double check their work done on my van before giving it back. Only to get pulled over by the police and informed that my one brake light was not working. And thats the very same taillight that Ford service guys replaced. Had to speak to the (branch) Dealer principal to get it sorted out. Very poor service even when you leave message for them to call you back they dont.

Booked in a vehicle on Monday the 27th. Went on a cruise until the 31st.We confirmed numerous times that our vehicle would be ready when we disembark. We have 3 babies. When we got to Ford on the 31st our vehicle was not close to being ready. WORST SERVICE EVER.

The worse ford in Durban. The new sales manager or dealer principal has a bad attitude. He quotes wrong information from the CPA trying to justify on the road costs while the NCA says otherwise. You are better of going to Fury Ford toti with better staff and deals.

Avoid this place for service. Had very good service previously. This has changed this year when I sent my vehicles twice. No apology for opening late n delaying their customers. Moreover couldnt even diagnose a problem that is already known by myself a good test to realise what you can be in for. I will have to find another service center thats more professional and experienced in problem solving in Durban. Thanks to the service center in eMalahleni to identify the problem. Thought that I will get the problem fixed in Kempster Edwin Swales but was wrong they no good. I have lost trust in their service and knowledge.

Worst experience ever. No transparency from the used car division. Had a salesman Edwin and he messed me around for over two weeks and I had a validated approval. Empty promises, never got back to me, I had to do all the calling. I went to CMH Ford in DbN Umgeni road and they sorted me out with the whole process again in ONE day. Got my car in just one day. They are 100 times more efficient than the bluff (Durban south) branch. Please don’t waste your valuable time at the bluff branch. Deal with the dbn branch in Umgeni.

I get my spares here and the prices are very good.

In a time were every one is battling for business the sales team from cmh kempster does not bother to email me a quote. maybe they dont need the business . i wonder . any ways thought i would share my experience. i took the time to walk in the dealership and ask a sales lady to quote me on a bakkie but she did not. not even a call back .

Bad service. Took my radio in to be fixed at the beginning of Feb, its April now and they tell me the guy who was busy with it resigned(or whatever) and there is a radio that is unmarked on the floor and not sure if its mine. Theyve been promising to check who owns it for a week now
