Have only had good service from these guys. Deirdre from sales is a master at making a plan and getting things done. The service department is well organised and I travel far to go to them for my services.

Toyota Hilux owner! - I had my Hilux delivered here by courier service - Carl and the team could not have been more professional. They received zero commission for this but still took the time to detail and clean the vehicle prior to collection. Very professional and certainly appreciated. Class act!

Requested tyre rotation at 15000km.(1st service) After collecting the vehicle I noticed It was not rotated. I called and asked why it was not done and agent said it was not required.As per tyre dealers should be rotated at least every 10000km and my personal observation. They forgot and I will pay to have it rotated. And this is the kind of service from an American brand. Hell no I won’t be going back there.

Great sales staff bad workshop I sold both my fords because of the workshop

Vehicle went in for a turbo replacement, after coming back from the panel beaters. When I picked up the vehicle there was a dent on the drivers side door. The Service consultant and service manager denied this, after viewing a poorly taken picture of the vehicle that was taken before the work was done. I have only serviced my vehicle with them from new....... So much for customer satisfaction!!! I wont be back.

EDIT, On reply, All major dealers deal with 2nd hand cars , Indicate this in your main advert in SMALL print, but I do suggest a photographer be asked to take photos of your FORD vehicles, Google reaches 1000s of people, better photography will count in your favor

Poor trade ethics, if any at all. Purchased a Ford Ranger XLT in 2016, within the first week, the rear PDC was defective, to which it took 3 trips to Ford Fury to resolve.2 years down the line, I took the van for an evaluation for trade in. In my care, the van had never been in an accident, vehicle tracking reports will confirm this as it has never been left at any repair centre in the entire 2 years I had the vehicle.The evaluation report found that the vehicle had in fact been repaired on the LHS.When this matter was queried with the dealership, the salesman and the dealer principle both insisted that they had not sold me an accident damaged vehicle ,accusing me of damaging and repairing the vehicle.As stated above, poor trade ethics, will never consider another Ford in the future.

The only dealership in the Durban area that wanted to book my vehicle in for service this morning I will not recommend that you go to Ford Pinetown in Old Main Road, Ford Bluff in Edwin Swales Drive or the Ford in Umhlanga they just refused. I will drive all the way from pinetown in future to service my car at Ford Fury Toti excellent service and great staff. THANK YOU
