Its hard to get through the parts department and get a quote. Had to visit the branch and get a price , however the process was quick and the staff were friendly. They just need to focus on handling customers queries by answering their phones.

First time servicing my car here and very impressed. Warm welcome, straight to the point, service adviser making notes of what I want checked or done. Great coffee station, fully equipped and great new look to the entire dealership. Friendly staff even the cleaners say good morning. Clean and tidy, soft music in the back ground and not noisy at all. Efficient and excellence is what comes to mind

Very disappointed. Made 3 telephone calls. Get put through to the service department, it rang for about 6 - 8 minutes before being cut off. So filled in the online booking form, gave my cell number and email address. Got a confirmation reply that I will be contacted shortly. But till now I have neither a call back nor an email reply.11/12/2020: Finally got a booking.15/12/2020: Car went in for service. Must wait 3 days for parts.21/12/2020: Had to call to check progress. Told it should be tomorrow.22/12/2020: Told not enough technicians available.23/12/2020: Got car. Service done. Went back as service book not stamped & engine dust cover not put back. Car still jerking & backfiring. Told it will settle in a few days.27/12/2020: Got a 2nd opinion from backyard mechanic. He changed spark plugs. Car performing well.

My wife had purchased a used vehicle and within 6 months she got stuck.Since the vehicle was under warranty and had a service plan we contacted the help line and they sent AA to sort out issue.It was noted that the battery was dead and I purchased a new one.I contacted Prinolin who had said they will reimburse me.Its almost 2 months and Im still awaiting payment. Everytime I call he says its been processed. REALLY for almost 2 months :( Pathetic after sales service

Over all good service. Kept me up to date with my car. I was just a bit confused when I bought my car in at the morning, cause they did not quite know if I was booked or not. Staff are helpful, but I did notice some of them looked irritable and it is not nice from a customer point of view to see that. I will def go back again.

I have had a ESC services required on band New Ford Ranger 2.2 Auto that was under 5 days old, on five occasions went into limp mode. First time the car was tow in limp mode to Ford Pinetown and they couldnt find the issue on account of me switching motor off, ran it through the computer - nothing. They said it could have something to do with software. Happened again on Friday the 07th of April 2017 at 21:30 4 hours and 30 mins later, switched off for 2 minutes, restarted and no problems? I want a full report so I can take the matter up ford SA, as requesting the vehicle to be swap out.

For the second time i experience discrimination and incompetence at this bracnh. Clients are judged and treated according different to what they look like and drive. I bought in my car last year and they called me asking if i want my brake lights replaced and i said no then only for them to leave them unscrewed and i only picked this up on the 2nd day after collecting the car.This year 07 August 2020, a lady named Ruba from service department again i dropped my car off at 7 in the morning and went on with my day. I did not get any call from them informing me that the service was complete, then i took it upon myself to call them as i saw it was nearly day end.Only then i was told the car will be ready at 15:45Went to collect it and it still had tape on the windscreen. And to my suprise they did not complete the service and i should schedule a day next week to bring it in again so they can complete the job.Barloworld needs to do something about this. My love for ford is diminished. A friend i shared this with last year adviced me to give them another chance, so i did and it came to this. i do not trust them at all with my car at this point.

After contacting the parts department for a quote, the salesmen that answered the call doesnt even tell me to hold on, then starts talking about shipments and discounts to his co-workers, this goes on for 6 mins then returns to my call and had forgotten what i had asked for. Anyway he had giving me the price(Finally), i also needed to confirm the spec but he tells me that he is too busy to give me that information.I will not deal with this dealership again.

Ive never received such horrible service in my entire life. I spoke to Mehmud in the parts department and asked him to quote on a part and what followed from then onwards was just rude, disgusting service that makes home affairs seem 5 star in every area. Was told to speak to the dealer principle Glen but unfortunately he was not available, I was then put through to someone else who after hearing the story simply told me to phone the parts department.

Ford has given me nothing but headaches.... I booked my car at ford kempster umgeni for gearbox issues arrived on my booking date the place was a disaster was told to leave.. wasnt helped huge mess up.. phoned ford barloworld pinetown and dealt with a lady named Nonjabulo she went above and beyond with assisting me and listening to my previous problems with multiple other fords. She assisted me with a booking the very next day! Another lady from service and a technician were in constant contact with me throughout the day. Not once did I have to call them and ask whats going on. All Fords need to learn from this branch!! Your service delivery and client liaison is impeccable!!! WELL DONE FORD PINETOWN!!! Worst service ever - Went in to bought a vehicle Friday afternoon, sales person waist a whole afternoon to arrange finance and get everything ready, we should take delivery on Tuesday! Just to get an email late afternoon, not even a phone call to say that another sales person SOLD the vehicle! How do you not know what is sold and what not that is on your floor? Time wasters.

Very Bad Customer Service. My Husband took his Ranger to you guys to have quick look at why the vehicle was cutting off and the warning light was on. But you guys refused to even have a look at the vehicle, telling him to book his vehicle in for a repair, which will only be next week Wednesday. Not know that he has to run his business with this one vehicle. I am disappointed with the attitudes his received from the workshop guys. We have vehicles from Toyota and Isuzu, and we have never had this type of response from any of the workshop guys. Very disappointed.

I booked my car in for a service with Barloworld Ford Pinetown and there was an error with the filing of Ford Customer Care. The Pinetown branch was very apathetic about the situation and made no attempts to try help me resolve the issue but rather left the ball in my court. They were very curt with me when I collected my car and gave many lame excuses. They even said that they couldnt wash my car for me because they couldnt find time to do it.I understand that none of the above is legally binding from their side that they have to do it...but it is basic customer care etiquette and I would have expected a much more helpful and friendly experience from such a large franchise.

The worst ford in the country. I have had nothing but disappointment from the service staff at this branch. The service manager Toni could not give a damn about his customers.Barloworld have had to replace my new vehicle due to damages by their service staff. At a cost I might add.My replacement has been damaged and repaired and as of my service today - the door handle has been damaged.Poor!
