An amazing place for those in the know. Love their stuff, and especially the value for money cannot be beaten. They only lose a star due to the parking situation, so I suggest finding an off-peak time to visit and hope there is parking. Lastly, try the moons, they are absolutely moreish. And the pics attached should help those who want to avoid the queues...I have yet to use the order ahead or WhatsApp service, let me know how it goes if you have used it...

Not a friendly customer service experience.staff think they are doing you a favor by serving you.Long queue which us understandable... however having waited in the queue for scg a long time .... only informed at the counter that there was out of stock of a certain item which I needed...Service should dictate that customers are informed by signage of some sort of out of stocks

The best roti ever... Soft and not too thick. The puri path is perfect, a kids favourite. Now they have added daily curry specials that are so delicious and well worth it.

Ni
Review №17

Fresh rotis that are well priced. They freeze really well so you can buy extra and freeze until needed

Na
Review №18

Although the sign says queue from the right. People just walk in and get served. Whilst you stand in the line waiting to be served. The guys behind the counters never rectify customers. We as customers support TAZA Midway foods. But their skills are purely pathetic. Guys having their own conversation whilst customers wait. They totally ignore a customer is standing waiting to be served.

Ri
Review №19

An excellent concept. Sadly my samoosas seemed like they were short on filling. It was okay. Rationing of rotis was strange and sad to see clients queue and then have to beg for another pack of rotis.

Sh
Review №20

Wide range and great value for money. Food is always fresh and the taste is amazing. Great place for on-the-go, ready-to-eat nibbles like mini pies and puri pathas as well as quality frozen goods like samoosas, mini pizzas, spring rolls and other savories. Only negative is the limited parking

It was so full during covid and a Friday morning and yet only one cashier working . But food is still great

In
Review №25

It was a good experience because it is very orderly. There was a floor supervisor who guided the lined customers. The Covid rule of distance between people wasnt exercised. There is limited parking which is a hassle and dangerous if you are waiting on the road for a parking to be vacated. Its located on a busy intersection between Crescent and Brickfield Road. Inside was neat and tidy... Food was already prepared and packed, ready to be picked up from the display counter and paid for as one exits. Whether it is hot roti packs, frozen or fried samosas with various fillings or a choice of pies and pastries. You are spoilt for choice. The variety of people who stop by are connected by Tazas tasty stamp of approval on their tongues. Everything at Tazas is based on taste and affordability.... Definitely the reason for a steady flow of customers.

They are adhering to Covid protocols, parking limited as they off the roadway. They stock snack size starter frozen foods (pizza, spring rolls, patha pies, sanoosas, pies etc) Their dozen Roti is slightly on the extremely thin side. The pricing is beyond reasonable imo a steal. They are now doing ready to heat and eat Indian non veg and veg meals, also reasonably priced.I am personally addicted to their Naans and am always bulk stocking them.Well worth a visit and support of locals. They also have baked /fried ready to eat snacks for sale on site in addition to the frozen offers.

Ive been buying at Midway for years. There is a great variety of snacks n all made very tasty. Recently the rotis are made very, very thin n are so difficult to eat with curry as they paper thin. Cant freeze now as they stixt together. Also the pies are so empty n it feels like u just eatibg pastry. Rather make the price higher n fill pies properly. Flavour is very good.
