Tried the chillie cheese fries, it was awesome, if you love jalapenos😋. The cheese sauce is very little for a medium size meal.

I put in an Uber eats order for a burger meal. I was looking forward in enjoying my food only to discover that the cup for my drink was damaged as the Uber driver handed it over to me. This was not the Uber drivers fault as the cups lid was intact as he handed me my drink. The driver was driving well enough so that my food can remain intact. This is the Mt Edgecome branchs fault as it is clear that they did not do a quality control check of their cups at the time and I was a victim of their negligence. The cup is damaged at the bottom and which allowed a substantial amount of liquids to spill. I feel like this was overlooked when the restaurant handed my order over to the driver. I am thoroughly upset that I now have to eat a meal with no drink. I paid quite a bit of money because it was done online yet I am left extremely unsatisfied. Please do better.

Today (10/08/2021, 6.30pm) I went to McDonalds and had the best customer experience. Whoever employs Precious K - she deserves a raise! 👏 her customers service is outstanding!

Use the drive thru every weekend and still the same story. Workers are rude and arrogant. No patience what so ever. I dont know if they work under pressure or what but Im getting tired of this. As for the long wait its ridiculous. Please teach your workers to atleast greet the customers.

Always a vibe to go here, now with the pandemic, McDonalds take all precautions & is safe to go order, etc. Meals are quickly made & with no hassle.

This branch is usually a pleasant experience hence the 4 stars. Usually use the drive through although the service inside is also pleasant especially the service, thank you we appreciate you!Only one issue we had with my most recent visit was that I redeemed something from the application and the cashier told us at the speaker to activate it and read out the code. Time was running out and she kept saying she cannot understand or hear what we were calling out to her. With 2 seconds to spare she finally got the correct code. This was ridiculous as we usually proceed to the cashier window to scan the code, why did it now have to be done at the speaker with a lack of understanding?

What attracts me to them most is that they close late, so that late night drive for a McD is always satisfying, but the staff could do much better with their soft skills. One always wonders I wonder what the service will be like today which is not healthy for any business.And oh, rather come with your own ketchup cause you not getting any from them!

Wanted a mcflurry and had no ice cream then wanted a hazelnut coffee and after waiting there for a really long time was told that the machine blocked itself. 🙃

Not the best Macdonalds, more like the one of the worst. If you order a large or medium fries it some how feels like its the same as the small one. The burgers have less sauce and the patties are like old meat. The best I tasted was 4am and it was a spicy Mcchicken, even the fries tasted good, perhaps new oil was used.

Clean and efficient, always get your order right. Fairly busy during lunch time, but not as busy as the Umhlanga ridge MCD

Very poor service from McDonalds through Uber Eats. Always getting the orders wrong. Ordered spicy nuggets for breakfast for the kids and they sent the normal nuggets. Stale fries , when we add something to an order its not included yet we get charged for it. Mcdonalds mount edgecombe needs to catch a wake up and send through correct and fresh food. This is not the first time that this has happened and Im sure many people are going through this. I am 1 dissatisfied customer.

Ordered the SA breakfast which comes with scrambled eggs. They gave literally two teaspoons of scrambled egg as part of the meal.

Bought a share box around about an hour ago via drive through , arrived home to discover that only 3 burgers were in the bag ... one small burger missing ... clearly i wont drive back to collect a burger , so i call and no one pick up the phone . Dissapointed

I just purchased the Mc Chicken meal from the Mount Edgecombe branch. And believe it or not, there was NO bottom bun...jus the top bun and the pattie.

Probably the 5th time purchasing a kiddies meal with toys for girls only , a happy meal that ends up being an unhappy meal for my little son. An all day casual response is keep the toy and return it whenever you have time for the correct toy preference ! What happened to stock take? What happened to communication? Why cant we be told in advance? Extremely poor customer service!!! No care whatsoever , no care for their citizen at the point of purchase
