A fast food outlet that is well known and established. Food is fresh and delicious. Customer service is good. Waiting time for orders are short. Reasonably priced meals that will not dissappoint. Clean and hygienic premises with a take-away or sit down option. I visited the springfield park branch.

Our Go-To place whenever we are in the area. Absolutely love the burgers, grilled steak strips and the tikka box. Flavours are authentic, traditional and delicious!

Bought our food for the road home. They are extremely busy so plan for the extra waiting time but the food is worth the wait. Also remember to order mild if you not used to spicy food. Everything was delicious

Purchased the large egg and cheese burger. Was not disappointed at all with the end product. I did enjoy it but I have to say the patty itself needs an upgrade if you like a 5 star rating.Now the exciting part of the visit was some of the patrons get a discount...the patron himself was not shy to shout dont forget my discount.There me standing there innocently after paying for my meal and wondering why was I not privy to this special treatment.

Absolutely poor service. The management is so messed up. They dont value their customers. They deliberately made me wait for 1hr to receive my food. To be honest the food is horrible!

Transparency, professional, customer service is very good and by the time you leave, youll definitely have found what you want.

Prices have increased alot. Food still tasty however you feel youre paying an arm and a leg. What used to cost R60 last year is now R80 and portion has decreased.

My first time at this branch of Jolly Grubbers - it took about twenty minutes from ordering to have our meals - good service and good food. Their mild might be a bit too hot for my taste but we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals which we opted to have different.The restaurant is situated next to a very busy service station and other eateries, so parking could be problematic at times.They have a few wooden table and benches outside for clients with the most seating on the inside easily seating 40-60.They have a small prayer room for muslim clientele. The room could be given a face-lift. The male toilets was ok.

After over a year we decided to purchase the Tikka, was disappointed with the chicken as it was over dry and hard and just topped with basting to make it look juicy.

The chicken ordered in hot was very tasty , marinating was spectacular so was the pita bread which was soft and fresh . The pizza (chicken delight )however did not live up to its expectations

Saturday nights has a great vibe here and you can grab a late night bite. The food is fast food with an Indian flare so very spicy. Lamb and chicken burgers are great. A healthy option was the chicken fillet which was extremely spicy but came with a very nice large portion of fresh salad. Sharwarmas are old Durban style and not the middle eastern version.

Helpful friendly staff. Neat and clean. Wheelchair friendly entrance and parking. Parking is a little bit on the less side because the restaurant is situate with a garage. The dishes we ordered was tasty and fairly priced. There are a variety of dishes and special deals. There are toilets, ablution and prayer facilities.

Excellent food but staff not friendly at all

This place was awful unfortunately. We ordered our meals, a sandwich included... hungry and looking forward to our meal, our food arrived late. The staff did not find it necessary or lacked the common courtesy of informing us that food will take over 30 mins rather than the normal 15/20mins. That was still okay because all restaurants get busy... our food arrived and the sandwich we paid between R45/R55 should not be served by any restaurant, especially at that price. The manager said the fillings are prepacked and Ill have to order a topping. When I asked her how much the topping was she said she cant add a topping on the sandwich. The service was disgusting and that alone made the entire experience miserable ... the staff behaved as if they were doing us a favour by doing their job... as a restaurant I can understand that things get really busy at times but to behave in such a despicable manner to people who are coming to eat at your shop is so sad. This place is here only to make money, they clearly do not care about their clients and the products they send out the kitchen. The staff behaviour/attitude is a representation of what has gone so wrong in our beautiful country.

The food was delicious. However staff arent really customer friendly. I specifically ordered mild but was given hot. And when I complained, they seemed not interested.

The foos is great but do you guys have to use such a cheap sauce, I mean your prices are not exactly cheap but I would have expected better quality at least.

Food has remained amazing throughout the many years. Great for both the ravenous and the peckish. Servers are friendly and work well. Food is clean and tasty. Been a favourite place to visit for many years. Definitely try out their chicken stir fry and chips or their steak sandwich special. The former is saucy and spicy and the latter cheesey and filling.

This place is very unprofessional and quiet frankly dont knw the difference between a white sauce pasta and a tomato base pasta we ordered a white sauce chicken pasta and was served a tomato sauce pasta when sent back as that was not the order we asked if it could be changed to something quicker as we were starving the lady at the till said they already started making it so we said okay when it came back to us I swear it was like they sent the same order back and it wasnt even hot as it was supposedly being made🙄to top it all it didnt even taste nice u could see the masala in it and it tasted like chips with a bunch of sauces a homemade pasta would of been 10×better...
