Food is Amazing but the 2 drinks in the photo (a bis Ice Tea and a Sprite and Lime drink which I had to mix together) cost R62. R31 each. Bring your own drinks.

Rocomamas used to be one of my favourite places, always good food and a good atmosphere but this last experience has completely put me off. My partner and I decided to visit the branch at Westville mall from the start it was not the best experience as there was someone at the door taking names as the place was full he told us the wait would be about 10min which is we never had a problem with then he just walked away we waited for about 20 min and then other people who came after us were seated when we asked another guy who I assume was the manger was very kind and apologised and made sure we were seated next, he then called the person taking name over who proceeded to argue with my partner instead of aplogising for not adding us to the list. We had an excellent waitress and the manager was very good about making the experience a good one however I am most disappointed in the food. The ribs were bland and just lacked colour or flavour and the burger was just not what I am used to from them it was not seasoned and the bomb that was inside had a bit of a burnt taste. A few months ago we visited the branch in Durban North and I must say that the food was 1000 better. I am never one to complain about paying especially for food but the ribs were almost R400 and it was just not worth the effort. The 2 stars are for the manager and the waitress who tried to make the best out of a bad situation.

Burgers made how you like it. This place hits the button on a number of aspects. Theyre damn good at burgers, and thats what they stick to on the menu. Flexibility, dont like the standard options or youre picky like me, just create your own burger from scratch with every topping and sauce that you like. Wings are also really good here.I like that they serve blue cheese as an option.Another win is that theyre open until a good time, 10pm even during the week. This is how popular establishments should be. And being inside the mall is assuring as well.Few things to improve upon, should there be a southern fried chicken option? Authentic to the Louisiana region, it would be great. A potato bun would be an incredible option.A few more cheese options, pepper jack cheese as an eg.A few more bbq sauces, eg mesquite/smokey bbq.Beer selection could be bigger, alcohol seems relatively pricey. There should be stouts and porters on offer.Overall, an incredible establishment, exactly what was needed in westville and room to get better.

The food was delicious and came out quickly. Sli manged a table of 10 which included demanding kids with such finesse and attention to detail. We asked her for a packet for the bones we were taking home to our dog and she proceeded to collect more bones for us. They always cleaned up quickly and had such amazing team work. A big thumps up to this RocoMamas. I am never going to any other. Well done guys😊

Terrible service. We ordered food, my wife a salad and myself a burger and chips.My wife finished her salad almost 3/4, when I had to complain that I still havent received my burger and chips. Waiter was arrogant too, not bothering listening.

Slacker burger hit the spot perfectly and the Nutella waffle thingy was sinful but amazing!! Well rounded off with a cuppa coffee!! Ive told myself to take at least one photo but alas it was all gone before I could. Only got this one of empty dish before that too disappeared off to the kitchen. Food was absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner considering the restaurant was fully booked. Waitress handled our large table like a boss and took the time to make sure everyones order was correct. Alcoholic options such as wines, spirits and shooters are limited and (imo) over priced. Will definitely be back.

5 stars for the food, the service and atmosphere.. however the only drawback was when when my 7 year old son turned to me and said the toilets are dirty dad.. in my opinion it wasnt bad, but I guess it felt a little grimy.. overall though we had great time and the toilet thing was not really an issue for me.

The service here was terrible. Our meals took longer than the usual to arrive and when it did we got our ribs first and fries about 5 mins later but that wasnt all. We also ordered the onion rings which failed to arrive at all but wasnt charged for either. After paying the bill I told the waiter that we had not received our onion rings and he offered to make them a take away which I declined. A pretty dismal encounter today. Our first time at RocoMamas Westville Mall, and also our last.
