Ive been trying to phone them for the past week, a few times every day, and no one answers the phone. when someone does answer the phone its silence or the person puts the phone down immediately, which is really upsetting because all I would like to know is if my glasses are available for pick up. Im extremely unhappy with their customer service, of which is only via phone call.
