I recently phoned through to make an appointment with Dr Jyothi Srikewal. After being asked for medical aid details etc, the receptionist (by the name of Debbie) then abruptly asked, what was my reason for making an appointment to see the doctor, to which I explained that on a recent visit to my local Optometrist, I was advised to make an appointment with an Opthalmologist for a full eye examination. The receptionist then went on to say that Dr Jyothi Srikewal will not be attending to any patient and that she is currently only attending to patients with serious conditions? So they are expecting patients, most of whom have no medical background, to decide or determine if they have a serious condition or not in order to have a valid reason to see the doctor? Isnt the seriousness of ones condition, determined after a professional examination by a medical specialist. It made absolutely no sense and was extremely offensive and rude. Needless to say, after such treatment, I refused to book an appointment and have taken my business elsewhere and have also notified others of the appalling experience. Never have I been treated with such disrespect, unprofessionalism and disregard when trying to make a medical appointment. There is no excuse for such treatment. If a doctor is going to be selective with the patients they choose to accommodate, then they need to look into another field of work. Its as simple as that.

Dr. Jyothi Strikewal is a true professional and upholds the ethics and traditions of the Health Fraternity to the letter. Her committment to this vocation is sincere and genuine and having dealt with her and her staff over an extended period of time regarding my glaucoma condition I find that her expertise, counsel and knowledge in her field is outstanding and highly commendable. She recently performed a cataract removal and lens replacement on me successfully and that quite flawlessly and seamlessly. She makes her patients feel special and I do believe this comes from the heart as she is a special professional. I give her a 10 out of five.....Dr. Srikewal successfully completed my second cataract and I can say my pleasure holds no bounds. She also treats my glaucoma and I feel absolutely gratified with her placid expertise.

My daughter was treated by Dr Jyothi last week and I am really impressed with the service both pre-op and post-op. She kept us informed and followed up to ensure all was fine. Very professional and caring.Thanks for your excellent service Jyothi.

Well talk about a young, vibrant ophthalmologist who is young at heart and extremely approachable look no further than Dr Srikewal!!!I had a superficial corneal ulcer and she attended to me with care and ease for 3 consultations.And check this out; I did NOT pay not even for one!!!!(Well thats doctor-to-doctor privilege I guess). But these days not a lot of doctors out there are like her! I would go back to her in a heart beat, if not for a medical issue then just to show admiration!!!She deserves a 5 star review!Dr Shange

I recently took my daughter to Dr Srikewal and our experience was good. The ladies at reception is friendly, helpful and accommodating ---- Thank you !!!!!! Dr Jyothi is lovely, professional and an excellent Ophtalmologist. In overall you get the feeling that you are not just another patient, they make the effort to treat you like a human being.

I visited recently and found the service to be excellent. The professional care from Dr Srikewal to the Reception was fantastic. They do care about their Patients. Thank You and all the best.
