I have received excellent service from the optometrist who listened to my concerns and requests and was not forced into getting multi focals. Also from the time i walked in, to choosing frames and then coming back because i had a problem with the fitting, which was resolved, i received wonderful caring service from Jade. Nothing was too much trouble for her and i just felt she truly went the extra mile. Shes very patient which is needed for indecisive people like me. Shes an asset to Spec Savers Bluff. In todays world, it is very rare to receive this type of service and i was truly blown away. Thank you Jade!!!
Weeks without getting any feedback on my glasses and refund. Been calling only to be told they will call me back and never does. Service is shocking.
Great Service. I am an American visiting South Africa,a I found Sedesh Bahri review posted below racist. I reported it to google who has policies against such post. Refering to someone by their race and a racist term such as coloured, should not be tolerated.
I was very impressed with the Optometrist and the reception lady was very helpful and friendly but the after sales advice and service was lacking and not helpful. I was also not to impressed with being charged for anti scratch which isnt actually anti scratch and an attitude of well you must have done something wrong or things happen with age. My glasses are 1 month old.
I took my maid into Bluff Pick-n-Pay Centres Specsavers for an eye test and spectacles this morning. The actual optometrist who helped her was so sweet and kind, but our experience with the lady behind the counter who deals with the public was really unfriendly and aloof. I went out of my way to be friendly to her, and to get a smile out of her, to no avail. From the time she got my maids details to the time of payment her attitude was very off-putting. She was also rude when I asked her to itemise what I was paying for - she responded, Im doing it! in such a cold voice. I was so shocked.When one considers that this is a business, and that people support a business where they are welcomed warmly, I would not be surprised if this particular branch of Specsavers suffers a loss of support because of feeling less than welcome.You could argue that she perhaps has domestic problems. Well, please leave them at home! It is not the customers fault if youre going through a rough time. Smile at people and theyll come back! This is the first rule of business. I deal with children all the time. If Im in a bad mood with them they will very soon drop their music lessons with me. Nobody wants to be around a negative vibe. I am concerned about my experience, and that is why I feel that this ladys employers ought to be informed. Thank you.
