We booked this place few weeks in advance. Our booking was confirmed. We called again a few days before to confirm the booking and they confirmed a room was reserved for us. On the day we arrived we were told the place is fully booked and they had to cancel our reservation, leaving us stranded in Durban. Didnt inform us in advance- only told us after we had arrived. Absolutely shocking. Be careful with booking this place.

Blessing is very nice... The place has an exquisitely well designed Victorian feel that takes u back in time. Down to the very last detail. Quaint yet stylish.

I absolutely recommend this place. The service is amazing and the rooms are breathtaking. We had so much fun and we honestly felt at home.

An amazing retreat. Wonderful host and hostess. It will most certainly become my home away from home. The home is colonial bordering on palatial. Tranquil garden setting and very well furbished bedrooms.

The male receptionist is extremely rude and treated me like a dog. I would never recommend this place to anyone while he works there. Extremely rude

We booked our accommodation a few weeks in advance and our booking was confirmed. We checked again prior to booking our flights and the guy told us that we should go ahead and book flights our accommodation was secured. When we arrived at St Annes Guesthouse we were told we were not on the system and the house was fully booked for the weekend. The guy even hung up the phone on us when we called for check-in. Absolutely terrible experience! We were stranded in Durban with no place to sleep.
