Ive used Mr Lockey a few times now without any problems, but since I have other locksmiths that are closer to where I reside, I resorted to trying them - the biggest mistake I could ever have made - not only were they more expensive than Mr Lockey, they cut a key for me & it never worked. I took it back to them & they tried correcting it but still it wouldnt work - and this time I had taken the lock with me. They ended up admitting defeat as they couldnt get it right & refunded me my money. I then took the key & lock to Mr Lockey who had absolutely no problem with cutting me a key that worked first time. Lesson learnt was that despite Mr Lockey being further for me to travel, its well worth it as you know the job is going to be done properly & done properly the first time - and often at a cost cheaper than elsewhere - Ill gladly spend the extra costs against travelling knowing Im going to get good service.

I am very concerned with the ethics of this company! I am a customer of theirs.. Dealt with them at least 3 times this year. I am currently going through a divorce., my soon to be exhusband moved out 6 months ago.. There has been issues with him previously physically assaulting me. This morning he arranges the locksmith to visit my premises & change the locks to my home without my permission. We are both co owners to this property! When I confronted Basil the locksmith whom I have never met before he refused to listen to what I had to say. I asked him to not change the locks as saps & blue security were on the way. I also asked him to leave my premises which he refused. I called the company itself & the owner was most unhelpful stating that my personal problems were not his concern! The annexed building which had the locks replaced has direct access to the main building where I currently reside with my 2yr old daughter. To further add to this I was not even given a key of the replaced lock to my own home! These guys have no morals or conscience whatsoever. Dont deal with this company!

Bought a product that was faulty, when i returned it the next day i was told i had to wait two weeks while it was returned to the supplier to be assessed.So now a faulty product is my problem. In terms of the Consumer Act i dont think this is even legal.Zero customer service, I wont spend another cent there and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
