The Female consultant at the counter was exceptionally loud in her below average listening to customer skills, when she attempted to assist... As a customer i expect to be given due attention when speaking, and then responded to... This needs immediate attention, as i felt anger toward the Network provider whom ive been a customer with for over 20years now...
