I have applied to Richfield through the CAO and was accepted. When I contacted them to find a way forward the student advisors were very incompetent and did not help me at all. Promised to send me documents 2-3 days ago which I have not received uptil now,and promised to phone me which also has not yet happened as yet. I sent another message to them regarding the call and I receive one around two minutes later yet nobody is speaking on the other end. I am very disappointed in the help I have received and am still currently waiting for them to help me. If they eventually do.

At my first year of studying at Richfield there was very few lectures taking place. I am in my third year now and there have been no service all this campus wants is money and when youre pay school fees you get no service at all. Very unethical and unprofessional management.I have been registered for wrong modules and its been a big problem to rectify it. The manager in charge Mr Lawrence keeps telling me that his superiors didnt give him permission to register modules.the main manager Gideon assured me months ago that this matter would be resolved soon as possible but nothing until now.I would never recommend this institution to anyone

Spent 1 year as a full time student and was dissatisfied with the level of schooling the institution only cares about money nothing else my qualifications means nothing because passing was very easy I passed without having any type of knowledge on what I was studying

There is absolutely no service. I am a distant learner and my administrators name is Sithembile Mpaza. She doesnt know how to do her job, she never replies to emails and never picks up the phone and when she eventually does she responses rudely to everything that you ask. i am not happy at all about this institution.
