Mancosa has the most incompetent employees I have ever come across. I paid my outstanding balance with having sent an email notification to say that I have paid for my fees, but I am still not able to access my student portal, when I call to find out why I cant get access to my student portal, the lady in finance told me that she received the email notification but I have to send her proof of payment directly. To me, I dont see the difference between receiving an email notification & having to send a proof of payment as it is one in the same thing. I will not be completing my Bcom degree with school, I am fed up with their incompetence.

Top service, In and out in a flash

I went for an ITeach tour. They were showcasing their Education lab section. What a place. No teacher wouldnt take an opportunity to learn there. I thought their coding and robotic department was the best, until I went to culture & diversity hub, wait ummm, I think maths hub was, no man ahhh i think amphitheater or was it science lab, well you have to visit the school to decide for yourself

Spoke to a student advisor - Adelle Ngcobo - who gave me the best possible advice about how I can study business management and progress to completling my studies . She even followed up with a phone call immediately after I received her email. Mancosa student advisors are excellent

I am amending my rating, but feel I need to leave my initial complaint so people are aware.I managed to complete my qualification in 18 months, however there were a lot of challenges along the way, mainly due to mancosa and their staff, to a point where we had to involve the director to get help. After a few months of bumping heads and back and forth emails and phone calls things started to get better.I do need to commend MANCOSA on their fast action taken during COVID-19 to not only assist students but adapt to the change. Without putting students or staff at risk they managed to complete the academic year on top, for this I would really like to thank them for this.I did my PGCE through MANCOSA which is fairly a new qualification, which I might say was the reason for the confusion and unprofessional service at times, but in discussions with other students it seems with other qualifications they are not so bad.I will not give them a full 5 stars because I do fee there is plenty of room for improvement., but in conclusion I WOULD RECOMMEND MANCOSA FOR YOUR FUTURE STUDIES!!!!————————————————————-(I will amend my rating once I have received sufficient feedback)Absolutely disgusted in the service I have received thus far. I applied on the 14 of Jan and I am still waiting for a response. I have been sent from pillar to post and when I finally get through to your call Centre I am told my application was not received, which is shocking because I sent my husbands documents on the same day to the same person and he received a response a week ago. Your registration closes on the 31st tomorrow so I have literally waisted my energy for 2 weeks where I could have invested it in something that would have actually benefited meIf I wanted to struggle to study I would have gone to UNISA. When you plan on spending so much money and this is the service you get???? I will not recommend this institution to anyone

Im currently studying here and definitely recommend it to others, whether its a higher certificate, diploma, degree, etc. The facilities are top notch and the quality of education is excellent.
