I have been trying to contact the SACE offices since March 2021.My daughters SACE application was approved in February .I have been trying to get her certificate. Everytime I call, I never get through. I have tried emailing but have still been unsuccessful. Even a soft copy would be better than nothing.

R50 paid to SARS bank account (Nedbank find details on their website) bring printed proof of EFT3. I.D. certified copy4. Application forms5. Certificate of degree (certified) copyThere is card a card facility here that I had to use to pay my outstanding year fees.

At the biggining of the year their service was very poor, it came to a point where I had a fight with securities there becouse we were left on the sun the whole day unattended till the sunset and securities will tell us to stay outside Zumaysha building so helpless. But this time around I was very surprised, The service was on another level we were all attended and get helped up to the last minutes, big up guys we are very happy with your service.

Awful! There are clearly unqualified & disinterested people that work there. There is alot of biased treatment for certain groups of people & when they lose your stuff they make it seem like you are at fault. Pathetic

I went to get SACE certificate for educators, but the service is slow because of the pandemic. You have to submit your certified documents leave them in the box, wait for seven days therefore come to collect your certificate.

The service is absolutely poor, with no directory signage, no reception service, no order their service representative with abusive tone, no interpersonal or people skills. Always Crowded and not enough space within their facilities.Would be nice if they could find a bigger facility with a few more employees since proper planning and installation of efficient and up-to-date systems is decades from happening.

This rating doesnt even deserve a single star. Complete lack of organisation, endless lines, make you wait outside while they print your documents, no communication. I would recommend avoiding when ever possible. There are other companys that will do this process for you, with a surcharge.

Terrible Service making Teachers wait on the road to collect their certificates while only processing new applications. Why not give those who are here to collect rather than taking on new work while not finishing the previous work.

Staff are great but It would be nice if the head office that answers all calls could let people know about all of the requirements, such as a printed letter that needs to be handed in along with reprint application. That would be a huge time saver.

If youre planning to register with SACE at the Durban office, please take note:You need to bring certified copies (no longer than 3 months) of:1) Your ID document. If you have a smart ID, you need a copy of both the front and back of the card.2) Your matric certificate3) Your academic transcripts4) Your degree certificate5) Police clearance (applicable from 2019)6) Proof of registration (if applying for provisional registration). If youre studying at UNISA, they wont accept the printout proof of registration, you need to make a copy of it and certify it (though this doesnt make sense). The SACE application form is available at the office though it would be quicker to download the form from the website and go with it filled in.**You also need to pay a fee of R200 by card. No cash is accepted. How long does the process take?If you get there at 8 am, it takes about 30 - 45 minutes to get your documents processed and to make payment. Then you get sent to a waiting room where it takes about an hour to 2 hours for your certificate / letter of provisional registration to be printed and handed to you.I hope this helps! It took me three tries to get it right, because the staff dont point out all of the issues with your documentation on your first visit.
