My Experience with BEX Express is a good one. I could follow my package on their web page which is kept up to date as the shipment progresses in real time. Their driver, Harold was also very professional and an asset to this company.

Ive been waiting a week for a parcel (urgent documents) that I paid R320 to overnight courier. They dont answer emails. Wil never use them again.

Absolutely terrible, never ending excuses why my parcel has not been delivered. Will not recommend them at all. I wouldnt even give them one star but I had no choice. Even the staff that liaise with customers are so rude.
