To say I am disappointed is an understatement.Last yeat you guys lost my parcel of which I was promised to be paid for but that did not happen and I let that slide..Again Now I feel you will lose this one as I do not know why you sent to Cape Town instead of East London!.I have been trying to call so yall can monitor the parcel but no one is bothered to pick up the call.I think i have to take this to Hello Peter..

Excellent customer service and the staff are always very friendly, helpful and polite.

I received a missed call from this post net. When I called it back. The person who answer the phone he was so rude. I was busy explaining that I received a missed call he cut me to say. It was not a missed call it was a phone call. The tone on his voice he was unprofessional.

I did not get any help
